CHS ALARA and welcome back to the onerballpodcast. This is episode. Ninety eight of the show- and today we will be onceagain discussing the NFL with taken a few weeks off the NFL content. Wi'thbeen more focusing on the cricket as it is Australian summer and cricket takesover, but we are back on our beloved sport. NFLO was an NFL only podcast forabout two months there, so I'd be rude to just switch off at during theplayoffs, although it is the playoffs at themoment, because we are in early January today, I'm actually going to be lookingat the teams who missed out on the playoffs, and I think I did this forAFLN NARL and I'm not sure if the audience overlup so that might beirrelevant me telling you that, but we did a Nirl and AFL season review forthe teams that missed out on finals, we rated them out of ten talked abouttheir prospects. Looking forward, what rent wrong this year Wen? What wentright this year and we're going to do the same for the NFL and obviously theNFL. There are more teams, so I've decided to split up into an AFC and anNSC episode and then we'll do the same after the playoffs, for the teams thatmade the playoffs. So today is AFC, so we're going to be discussing thetums Tho teams wo finish from eighth to sixteen in the AFC missing out on theplayoffs, but before we get into it. Thank you very much for trooning intoday, and we've got plenty of more content coming. I had a huge planningsession this week because I want to get back into the pody more seriously againmore consistent, aiming for two episodes a week and there's going to bea large variety of content, so make sure you follow us on instagramsubscribe to us on you shoe and all that good stuff. So you stay Chune forall the future episodes so we'll be starting off with the teamwho just missed out on playoffs there Wen outside of it. It was the MiamiDolphins. They went ten and six a win. I think Indianapolis came seventh witheleven winds, so just missed out of it. I'm also gonna be bringing up my predictions from our. Wedid a way to early predictions episode back in like July or something so I'mgoing to talk about where I didn't predict their record. Sadly, I justpredicted where I think thot would come in the division, but that gives us alittle bit of information as well, so Miami are actually successfullypredicted them to come. Second, I don' think many people had them finishingabove the Patriots, but I wasn't a big patriots believer and in fact they finished about thePatriots. Not so much because the patrots didn't do well was more thefact that Miami did very well, their defense turned out to be one of thebest in the competition which weere...

...expecting it to improve, especiallywith their free agent, signing or Tradeir can'tremember what it was of Baron Jones to pes Zavian Howard in the backfield andthey ale so broaghtene a few ays like Karven noy on the dayline. So we knewit was going to get better, but we didn't expect it to be as good as itwas. We Sawt single handedly, win them games like for one example. I can PiRemember the game against the Los Angeles Rams, where I think they hadless than hundred yards of total offense and theywere up for touchdowns to none so and their defense plaed a huge parton whythey had such a successful year, and it's pretty incredible, consideringtheir quarterback play, especially when tor took over, wasn't anything special just looking at some of the starts forMiami season, so they went. Ten and six strength of schedule was not thehardest, but it wasn't too bad. Their strength of victory was a little bitconcerning. It has to be said, with the average record of their opponents whothey beat being under four hundred. So they would like to improve that nextyear and try and get a few big scalps, because they did seem to just pick onthe little guys a bit this year. But that's going to happen when you havethe jets and the Patriots from this season in their division. Sothat's four wins there there their Ar Liones. Definitelysomething they're, probably going to look to improve on. In the draft I'mgoing to be trying to stee a clear of draft and Free Adency talk, because Iam planning on doing it an episode in two weeks on that topic, but yeah, that's clearly. The weakness of their side still miles. GASCON looks like abit of a findat running back and he seeme to do quite well, even with thecurrent Oline, but based on prffs rankings. They were twenty eight inover the season. So that's not good enough for a team vying for playoffmcontention nd, especially when you've got a young quarterback like to Ay. Youwant to protect them as much as you can. Their deline finish rank thirteensecondary finish, rank fourteen, so both pretty good there very bigimprovements on last year in terms of player achievements, Jason Sanders, their kicker made the first team, all pro jaqine grant and Jakine grant madethe second or Proteam as a punt returner and Save Yon Howard. TheirStack Wuarterback made the AL pro first team. After a bit of a down year lastyear, bounce back in fine form, so yeah Miami Look. If I had to givethem a score out of ten, I think everyone was expecting them to improvethis year and maybe push for playoffs. But I don't know if people areexpecting a ten win season, so I'm Goinna have to be pretty kind to themout ot out of ten, if we say five s a pars season, so average I'm going togive them an EIGT. I think they did really really well in pretty much allaspects of it. Maybe the one concern coming out of this year that youweren't expecting them to have is to the right man for the future. People are saying they should draft aquarterback with one of their earlier...

...pics this year, just as a bit of asecurity plan. If to it, doesn't turn out to be as good as we think, but he's only played about half a season O.I think we should give him more time, but yeah you probably weren't,expecting to come out of this season with that concern. He looked like anabsolute beast in college and now, after his first few starts and the NFLThas a few questions raised, but that's all right give him time, and apart fromthat, everything in Miami is looking pretty good, hopefully have a bit a bitbetter injury luck this year, especially on offense that blikes likemiles gascon pressed on Williams, Davante Parker. I think even MikeJussickyo missed a few games, so I'm, hopefully they get a bit more lucky interms of injuries there on offence, but yeah a lot to improve on from this year,Miami Fans Great Year, I'm going to give it it an eight out of ten. Next up, we are looking at the loss,Vegas Raiders, they had a well. I don't know what it's hard to judge the lostVegas rates because, I'll be honest, I was actually quite loon them cominginto the season. I had them finishing fourth in the AFC west, but they cameout and finished eight and eight. I think most pundits had them finishingsecond in that division, which is what they did end up coming just narrowlybeading out the charges and comfortably finishing head of the broncoes, but Ithink, there's positives to come out of this season. I thought they were a bitof a nothing team coming into it, but they actually ended up playing some really good matches takingsome scalps. They beat the saints they narrowly lost to the bills and ch andchiefs twice so theyd played some really good gamesthere and, although they didn't finish as we would have liked them t as they would have liked to, theyalmost lost the jets, and then they lost three of thei last fallews in tothe Colt chargers and dolphins and almost also the broncoes ot the endthere. But yeah wasn't a great finish. It has to be said, but I think a lot ofpositives to come out of it from the raiders in terms of their strength ofvictory was pretty good, almost up around five hundred, so for them theyhave the big scalp for te opportunities. Theye the big big scout scalpcapability. Sorry, their oline and deline is probably themost fragile positions on the park. I think therr skill position, players onoffense or all really good Derek car seems like an above average quarterback, most games, but yeah theyre, O lion and then their whole defense really theirsecond blary ranked thirty first, according to pfff and Their d line, twenty seven. So that's definitely an are to work on. I think they've had afew good fines in the line back of position, but yeah the dline andsecondary are going to be their man. Concerns for this season there Ar Lon. Look, it's not great rang, twenty.Fourth, according to par theft, but yeah. I think Josh Jacobs. If he keepsup this level, he'll be a serviceable...

...running back starting running back for them forquite a long time in the future. I don't think he progressed as somepeople were hoping. I know, especially in terms of fantasy, but him an DevonteBook Up, put up quite a good combination. There, a few games wherethey just ran right and ran over just ran over a few teams, so I don't thinkthey could be. Two dusplease at a few games with over two hundred rushingyards. So, yes, their Oli might be an issue in terms of protecting the past, but I think in terms of run rum blocking it's not the worst. So out often I'm going to give them a six out of ten. I think it was an above partseason, especially from my expectations and maybe a little bit from theirsgoing: Eight n nate, but yeah. There are a few sloppy games in there thatprobably stop them from really pushing for that seventh wild card spot. Nextout, we've got the New England patriots. I predicted them to come thirdsuccessfully. They finish with a seven nine record, which is probably betterthan I was expecting, but some people have them still an double diget win type numbers, but let's be real. Idon't think this year, there's too much to take away from it for the PatriotsTheyhad a lot of their team, especially in defense, missing, due to covidreasons opting our but they're all going to be back next year. They hadquite a few players who put up good performances, for example, they absolutely continue to kill it on special teams,Thathad three guys, all in all pro Ollin, the AP Associated Press, all profirst and second teams from their special teams unit, and then they adKobe Myers, who seems to be quite a bit of a find mean, show potentials lastyear, but this year really stood out when he came into a prominent wide receiver. Onerole when Jullian Edewin got injured. He finished the year. Qoentopeer Fithis the twenty fifth ranked wide receiver and they also had quite afined in the Oline Mico on when you finishd is the sixth highest rankedrookie according to peer fefs, ranking so quite a good year for the Patriots. In my opinion, others will argue that, but their biggest concern similar to Miami is probably that GBspot. Yes, they still like wide receivers which they have for quite awhile, but at least they've got one decent one now Jacobe Myeres and yesdam yoar bird. You probably not an be leaning on him too much, but he showedsins. So they're probably got to address that in the draft or freeagency, but their o lines really good forth, rankedaccording to Parfath over the year. Their defense definitely took a stepback from last year, but it's still serviceable blogs like Steppon Gilmor, were not the same, but when they lost a few players to free agency and when theoptid out players come back. I think that will be well and truly a top halfdefense, which is definitely what you can work with. If you're from Bill BellChecks, point of view, but yeah that qb...

...position is definitely the issue I waslooking on par. Fairfezi was doing research for this and they suggestedthat they might sign Ryme, Fitz, Patrick from free agency, not sure what wouldwhether that would be to start or to be competitive, backup, but yeah they'vedefinitely got quarterback issues, whether they bring back. Can I don'tthink they're going to and then I don't think they can trust Jaret Sidim fromwhat we saw this year so yet, unfortunately, for them hugeconcerns over the QB spot. Maybe they draft a CB and bring in Fitz Patrickand let them battle it out, but we'll see we'll discuss what their draft andFred and see needs are and future episodes, but yeah patriots. It's atough one in terms of rating it out of ten, I'M! Probably? U E just going togive them a flat five out of ten. I think I's Bang on average, seven sevenwins nine losses. They didn't get any huge scalps. They beat the ravens in areally bad weather game that be the cardinals as well. When Kayla had hisshoulder issues and they absolutely pumpd the charges. That was probablytheir heart of the season that middle month, where people thought potentiallythey were smokyn for a playoff spot but yeah they just started poorly finishedpauly as well, so not the worst year for the Patriots, certainly not the best year, especially compared to what we're used to so I'mgoing toe flat. Five out of ten next up, we have the Los Angeles chargeas the team that the Patriots did smoke. Forty five to neil the charges went seven to nine, butthey could have easily gone ten and six. If some things went their way. So it'sa bit of a weird season to judge for them. I predicted them to come thirdand their division. They did successfully managed to get third intheir division. Their strength of victory was extremely low, which ISN'nwhat you want to see, but I don't think they hade the toughest strength ofschedue. I don't think they payd too many quality sides, so you can't of canonly beat what you dealt. Yeah beat what what you dealt withtheir ow line is their May concern really coming out of the season. Theywere ranked thirty. Second, according to PAFEF, so the worst ailine in theleague. They did Trade Russell O Kong to the Carolina Panthers last offseason, which now looks like an interesting call, but tha they're not really intheire super bowl window right now, I'm despite their defense, seemingly being one of the best in thecompetition coming into this year, didn't quite turn out that way with afew injuries and such, but still above average defense. Now they look likethey've found an absolute gemit quarterback in Justin Herbert whofinished the years. The fourth rank, T, rookie, Kan and Aland also continueshis dominance as one of the premium wide receivers in the competition itfinished rank fourteenth according to Parfth concerns over what they're doingin the tight end position with Hunter Henry going to free agency. I Mexpected to resign him, but and we'll...

...see what they do. Ther Herbert did lovefor his tidt ends. I think maybe through touchdowns, to about four ofthem come the end of the year, so he certainly loved that spot. So if theycould sign hunt to Henry again, that would be pretty important. I think forherberts rise next year. I forgot to mentionthis sorry, but Joe Thuny or Tuny. The guard from the Patriots is also headinginto free agency, so that'll be a big that'll, be a big deal, really come theoffseason which we are going to be in in about a months time for the Patriots, but back to the charges yeah difficult year to rank really because there was afew games that came down to the final drive and if they went the the chargesway, then, all of a sudden they could have been smokers for the playoff. I'mGOINGNA actually Gen the misssix out of ten. Ithink they did better than we expected Juston Herbert did better than weexpected. He came into the draft as thesignificantly worse quarterback when compared to tohat and Joe Boro Butt. He 's come out of it this year with, arguably beingthe number one of the class people would stay borrow still betterthan in, but that's up for debate, I'm so yeah, I'm going to geve them a sixyout of ten, as I said, just a few split decisions away from being playoffcontenders, which would have been a lot more than they are expecting this yeardo and James Their Ma man in defense, next to probably Jo Bosa, was injuredfor the whole season. Chris Harris, their big freeadanccy signing missed alot of games as well. So I'm going to cut the charge of some slike, I'm goingto say, Itas a good year, although Anthony Lyn has been sucked in the meantime but yeah, I think it isa six out of ten type season from the charges. If five is what we wereexpecting now, I'm on to the twelve side in theAFC on to the Denver Broncos, another tough team, I'd say to judge I prodcethem to come. Second, the to Killor offseason in between the twsand, annineteen and thsanda twenty seasons. They finished five and eleven, which Ido think was a disappointment. I think I'm going no have to give them a belowpast score, which I'LD get to later, but get huge questions over thequarterback position. It it does look like drew lock, is not going to be thelongterm man in Denver. He showed glimpses here or there had a couplestandout matches. I think it was against maybe Adlanto he put on anabsolute show, but in other games HEU just stinks the house up. I didn'treally come out and play the way he did at the back end of two thousand andnineteen which, where they, when I think, four and one underdrew lock, sowe're expecting what I personally was expecting big things to Shar. Thedefense was hurt by the loss of Vonbila in I think the week before the firstgame, if I'm not mistaken, but yeah not really good enough. Ther Oline was a pretty big issue, consideringthey want to be a run. Dominant team...

...with Phillinsay Ind Melvourne, Gordonfor their orline to finish rank twenty fifth, that's not ideal! You want to belike the bronds. If you're going to lean on your running game and have oneof the better orlines in the competition, their defense was, as youold expect, with a Vic Vanjo's side. Pretty good deal in was ninth rankedthanks to mainly Bradley Chab Secondary was twelve ranked thanks to mainlyJustin Simmons, who does hip free agency, which is a big concern for theBroncos, because he really carries that secondary, but I'm sure they'll resignhim. In terms of that Oline, though there was a shining light on the seasonGarrett bowls, he made the a Associated Press, all pro second team, in thetackle position. So that's a shining light out of the season. But apart fromthat Jary Judy, he had a solid rooki season. I have to say, given how welleveryone else did out of that draft class. He maybe disappointed a littlebit or underachieved if you want to say, but that's pretty hard compared to theaverage rook did quite well, but I was expecting him to be the standout widereceiver coming into the year for honest, but yet drew lock huge concernsover him. They had a tough strength of schedule: Butu Yeah, their strength ofvictory was under four hundred, so yeah, probably a disappointing new for theDengte broncoes. I don't think we're expecting to many winds for them, but Iwas maybe expecting around seven and nine, but five and eleven disappointingand drew locks progression was disappointing, so I'll give them a fourout of ten now moving on to the only AFC north team that did not make theplayoffs one of the strongest divisions in the competition. However, at thefoot of that table it is the Cincinnati Bengales, I have to say they actuallydid all right to end up coming thirteen to look like one at some stage in theseason. They were even a sniff for the number one pick, but they finished foureleven and one obviously successfully predictod themto come forth in that division. Wasn't the toughest dear with three prettygood teams around them? Their strength of victoryactually wasn't too bad over four hundred, but yeah. Look it wasn't thebest season for the bengals. Obviously Joe Borro's Intrie, basically justderailed their season completely after he went down. It was pretty tough tofind positives for them. Now they didn't have much else goingfor them. They're only real positive with the secondary, which finished theyear. Eighth rank according to Prfth. That is mainly due to I think his nameis Yeah Jesse Bates. He got picked in the Associatedpress, all pro secondteam as a safety and was considered one of the harshest snubbings from thefirst team, but he was a huge reason why they were pretty dominant in thatsecondary, William Jackson. The third he was a Al Sad, a pretty good yearcarnerback. He goes into Fred and see so I'll, be interested ton see whatthey do there, but once again it was their oline. That was a huge issue. This season and ther dline didn't do...

...much either. Really they let go of colls donelap in the mid season toSeattle and with him going pretty much all their pressure on opposingquarterbacks left as well, and their past for ush was ranked thirtyth. Thatoline was ranked thirtyeth. Joe Barro was regularly getting sucked six toeight times a game which is can't be having for a young quarterback who isgoing to be the STARV of your team for many years to come. Their high igt ofthe year was probably beating the Tennessee Titans thirty one to twentyin week, eight, apart from that, they didn't have too many successful arsorry. They bet stells actually completely forgot about that game. Imissed that game because I was out shopping, but I was out at the marketsbut yeah. They won that one surprisingly Ryan Finley put on anabsolute clinic that day, but he did get bench the next week, which I haveto say I found quite bizarre, but obviously they wanted to see whatBrandon Allan had in terms of Joe Barrou. He had a prettypromising start to the year. He finished the ranked as the fifth bestrookie according to Pierfth, just below Justin Herbert tea higgins also wasvery impressive, making a pretty impressive connection in so so littletime with Joe Borou. He finishes the Nignth ranked a rookie con to peer Feth,so yep definitely room to improve, in particular on both sides of the ballwith the Oline and D line. But when you got Joe Barek quarterback, everythingseems to hurt a little less in terms of how the rest of the team is going, because you just hope that he carries you into the future, he's likely goingto miss the start of next year. But we'll wait for injury reports to come, because that is obviously still very long way away. But yeah it's going tobe a tiprobably another tough year for the BANGAS next year, but I think fromtwo thousand and twenty two onwoods tand they're going to really start tolook to catch up to the other three afsen north teams and that couldhonestly become the best division in the competition pretty quickly. I'd sayif Joe Borrou can lift the rest of his team to his level fourteenth we're looking at the HoustonTexans they are, they actually traded away. They don't have a first roundpick because they traded Laramu tunsel. So that's not ideal. They traded ful,Aromin, Larame, tunsel, sorry, but the Houston Texans finished with four windsand look theyre. Probably Oh, I forgot to grade the Bangal. Sorry, I'm justgoing to et them a flat five, probably exactly what we expected. Four windswould probably be the Markard guess, and yet the Joe Borrer injury hurts, but I'm not going to hold that against them all right. SHES DON' prettydisappointing year. I'd say they would be one of the most disappointing teamswhen you factor in the fact when you factor in that they had a playoff winlast year over the bills and just the fact that they made the playoffs lastyear and they backed it up with a four...

...wind performance. THAT'S PRETTYDISAPPOINTING! I pretty good them to come. Second in the AFC south, somepeople did not back that call and probablysuccessfully they're a long way away from second with the cults coming inits second with eleven winds. So yea, not great. For me there, their strengthof victory was below O and fifty, which is pretty shocking, so they didn't be too many good sides.Their wins included the Jaguas twice and then, apart from that, they bid thelions on Thanksgiving and then they finished up whers. The fourth winactually Cano ar the Patriot, sorry, so yeah pretty disappointing. DoshanWatson has verbally stated that hes disappointed with the team and he'sdisappointed with the way they've gone about there behind close door business. They hired a new gym without any input from Deshon which disappointed him. Sothere's roomors that he's looking to go elsewhere. I've heard people talking about whetheryou would trade to Shan Watson for the number one picking the draft. Icertainly would not accept that af a as the Texans, I think, people in myopinion, in all sports, but in particularly and F fel high overratedraft picks because the chances of trevellarence being better than to Shor. What's in. In my opinion, it's like ten percent because I'm not saying that IASa desk to travel irancs but Deshal Watson's a top five nfl startingquarterback and the. How frequently do we see that occur like genuinelythere's, like probably one or two, every five or six years, that a thatlevel so yeah? I wouldn't definitely not that's a huge gamble. I wouldn't bewilling to take files Houston unless they got unther number one pick an more, but the way the number one pickirs valued would probably be a straightdeal if not you'd have to give more than do Shan Watton, which isoutrageous but yeah. Look, there's no real apart from the quarterback, and maybethe wide outs there's not too many positives to come out of this season, billow Brian Traded or away their best player in Dantre Hopkins for absolutelynothing and David Johnson who turned out to be as bad as everyone expected. It's probably a bit harsh actually miss like four weeks with an injury, butstill when he played it wasn't great, but yeah really disappointing from theTexans. The ORLINE deline secondary or ranked outside the top twenty in theleague. Will Fuller and Brandon cooks were definitely the Shining LightsDexter de Shar wotson. They were fit both finished in the top twenty rankedpeer fith wide receivers will full. Obviously I jis doping suspension, which was a huge bummer for the team and he was entering like real goldenair. I think you had some not a record streak, but a really highnumber of consecutive games with the touchdown. He goes into free agencythis season, but they are expecting him to resign pretty quickly. So we'll seehow that one pans pens out but yeah,...

...the I guess the Brandon cooks pickupwas a good, a good end. The David Johnson trade looked as bad as wethought it was going to be so yeah, it's definitely a below parsseason forthe Texans, I'm probably going Ta have to give them a two out of ten. Sadly, Ido love to Shan Watson, and that doesn't does in result make me a bit ofa fan of the Texans, but I just can't cop the way they went about theoffseason in two thousand and nineteen in between WTwesandyn nineteen ind, two thousand and twenty and yeah look is just setthem up for a really poor season and to go from a playoff winning team, notlike winning the playoffs. I mean like having a win in the playoffs to a fourand twelve team. That's pretty pool now down to the two bottom dwellers of theNFL that so there s about four teams with four winds. I think, and thenthere was these two so Fifteenh they were slated to be the people who were going to receive travellawrence for most of the season and then a victory over the Seattle. May My memory is absolutely cooked,I'll get to who they want and who they beat in a second. But it is the New York jets. I'm talkingabout the gang green, they finished two and fourteen. I predy them to comeforth in their division. Nothing! Nothing outrages there for me, noironstine behavior an their winds caming into the rounds in the Brown.Sorry I'll sen, you, the giants, who bet the seahawks but im yeah, twopretty impressive, wins there they'v finished the season strongly almost bidthe raiders as well of it wasn't for an outrage: Ans blits core from GregWilliams, but yeah, look like it's just a jet seasonisn't and I hate to be rude. Their strength of victory, as I mentioned, ispretty impressive. Given they beat two playoff teams and two teams that oneplayoff games but their strength of schedule as tough, if we're going tofind excuses for them, but realistically just wasn't good enoughfon the jets they got pretty soundly beaten by everyTein they played in the first half of the season, the second affer the season. They had a couple blowouts, but apart from that, they were mainly competitive, which was a good good thing to see. But yeah just wasn't great from the jets.Still s similar to some of the teams. We've talked about like Miami andDenver. I don't think ther tube pitchur cleared up as they would have likedhuge questions over Danald, similar to Drue, lock whether he is really theright man for the job. I personally don't think he is, but I don't reallywant to talk about it on that on this episode, I'll talk about in futureepisodes. I think he should be a backup somewhere and maybe compete for a starting job inpreseason, games and stuff, like that, and I think the jet should well. Theywill draft probably Justin fields with the number two pick and he willhopefully lead them into bigger and better things in the future, their Dline. I guess that's some sort of a positive. They finish ranked Eighteenhand the competition which isn't bad,...

...considering you had two wins, but theirsecondary wasn't great thei o line wasn't great. However, they had meckyBecton, who finished the years, the eighteenth best rated rookie. Here's anoffensive tackle. I guess, if you want to take some positive auto it you cantake that as a positive but part from him. It wasn't Great Jamison Crowdar,I'm just trying to think what else we can talk about with the jets. That'snot too negative, Crowda regressed a little bit, but Denzel mims andBrocharb paramon showed glimpses at different stages. Their running backsituation while led Bell, R got traded away and then Frank Gall became the main man so notreally to many positives, to take away from about a thirty seven year oldbeing yrb one but yeah. Look, let's not sugar coeded. This huge work to do forthe New York jets over the next few years- big job- I think they have a newgym, if I'm not mistaken, so they're- probably going to draft Justin fieldsand then you've got to build a team around him, probably starting wit, theOline, because, as we saw with Cincinnati, when Joe Borough wasplaying it's hard to win games when your quarterback, no matter how goodours getting pressured every step all right, final team, we have theJacksonville Jaguas, successfully predi them to come forth, fron their division, but once again, wasn't really that tough. We were worried about themcoming into the season, seriously worried about their side, and I thinkwe were right to be worried. They finished the season going one andfifteen which just isn't good you it's never good. Is it really II forgot torate the jets I'll write them afore out of ten, we were probably didn hat thehighest expectations coming into the year, so I'll just give them a littlebit blow Pat, but for the Jacksonboog Jaguas yeah onewin is not good and I believe it was in the very first week against theIndianapolis cult, which was a huge shock, but nonetheless just wasn't great from what just wasn't a good season fromJacksonville Jack wirs. We were hoping that maybe Gardener Minsu couldcontinue Mintu mania and lighted up and maybe prove to us. That is a qb one moving forward, but he gotinjured, got drops ended up only playing a handful of games showed nosigns really and they had Jake Luden Mike Lennon Minchu. They just had arotation at quarterback yeah theyre. Only Wim was in Wak whiles crreck thereagainst the cults they Brittin wo, Tosand and seven to twenty, and then, apart from that, it was just a pretty disappointing year, all round in themiddle, after their by thet. A few close games pushed a few good teams, such as the Browns, the Vikings, the packers or alto within a score ofwinning those games, but I don't think they were ever too close. If youactually go back and watch them. Tha Defense is really an issue andtheir secondary was ranked thirtyeth by per prff, and the D line was ranke.Twenty eight that Olin actually did all...

...right, considering what we werethinking going Ito the season. They finished twenty sex, twenty second inthe League, but James Robinson finished the years o a top ten rushf Fi'm, notmistaken. So that's probably the one shining light James Robinson, anundrafted rookie. I think I'm pretty sure it was on draft and no one reallysaw that coming. They ABISO got rid of fornet on the eve of the season andRobinson came in and filled his shoes successfully, if not made his shoeseven bigger. If you know what I mean any other positives coming out of theJacksonville year, viscistion Nol showed signs as a rookie wideout, nothing outragees from him, but definitely showed potential in inperiods, especially early, but yeah they're definitely going to be draftinga quarterback, most likely Trevi laurence, and they they just got tomove forward from there release very similar situation to the jet. So I don't know where you start I'll talkabout it in future. Episodes as I keep mentioning, but there's a lot of workto do if you're on the jags or even the jets so yeah. Sadly, the Jags I'm goingto get them, I'm going to geve them a three out often we're, expecting them to be bad, but not quite a one windside. So that's all the AFCTNS that missed outtomorrow, I'm going to be filming a NFC one and I'll probably come up the dayafter this one comes up, so tomorrow will still apply it and then next weekI'm going to be discussing a bit of cricket bit of Benefill and we'reprobably just going to keep doing cricket NFL for a few weeks and thenwill expand as the winter sports roll around again going to try and get backinto the Premier League intoin. By that I means English premier leagueI've kind of distance myself from soccer a little bit, but I'm want toget back into that. So you might see af few of those episodes coming up soon. But apart from that F one AFL and I roll lots of good episodes to come soyep stay tune. Support the podcast like a comment, get around me if you want. Iwould greatly appreciate that, and yet thanks for listening and watching andtune in tomorrow for the NFC edition, Thanks.
