Welcome back to the on the ball podcast, another episode of the greatest potty going round and we're back here again to talk about NFL fantasy. We'll be doing a week four preview of the NFL in general at the end of the episode, so stay tuned for that one. But the main chunk of this episode is going to be fantasy chat, our usual rises and falls in the main for fantasy positions. But before we get into that, a little bit of a fantasy wrap up from the lads. Jimmy, how did your side go this week? Surprisingly impressive. I think I worked up like one hundred and fifty three beat lock, who has a very solid team to say the least. So yeah, one and two and the champagne was cracked open end Tuesday to celebrate. Yeah, actually, pretty big win because as much as I had faith in your side, if you went an three, I know six out of ten of our league make finals, but Owen three would have been getting into must win territory. But huge win. Right back in the mix and you've got a pretty good team. So it's and you've been doing some good trading as well. Actually, every time I see one of your trades go through I'm just like, how's that happened? And I even to do that when I'm the person training with you. So, Pilch your team, I can't remember how you want. How do you go mat yeah, in the end, pretty good. Furstday night foot he was not looking good. Had McCaffrey get injured and then the George Kitler footy club had brandon cooks, who went off but got to got to our Sunday night footy and just blew them blue him out of the water, as they say. So I'm sitting at three. No, yeah, sitting pretty and you're not budging on CMC. Try hadn't why. I didn't really have a crack, but I investigated last night. That's smart footy from you. Not really cop in the fantasy pros dropping him down to number six in the rankings when he's going to miss like two weeks. But I don't know, maybe there's concerns he comes back and has like a limited volume or anything. I have to say not sure about the management of CMC from the panthers. I think it's got to be questioned. Like the man's come off in the injury riddled year and then he's gone from like what week to he had forty touches or something and then straight into Thursday night, forty, like you would have thought they would have been some smarter play, especially when they're up against the saints by like twenty points. He's yeah, I just think, like I know he's a weapon and you want him on the field every single play, but it's not possible, especially when he's injury prome. So think the panthers management might have led a lot of fantasy managers down a little bit there. But yes, and then it turns to me. I had another absolute shocker. Somehow I got the most disgraceful win in league history. Think I don't know what I scored, like eighty nine or something. But yeah, George Kid will had to get I think twelve and he got the job done on the final will their final drive. And Yeah, I don't really care about my record, though. I'm just seriously worried about my team because that's backback stinkers. And I was looking at my team this morning and every single player is in the reds in terms of rostered percentage. So everyone's trying to get rid of them out of their team. So that's good to see. But yeah, we'll see how it goes this week. Hopefully. I guess some of them are do. Didn't have the greatest luck with injury. Had Sterling Shepherd Actually Bench devo Samuel, which was a massive risk. Think it would have paid off if shepherd didn't get injured, but he did just after the first quarter. And then Julio Jones also only played fifty percent of staps with the injury concerns. So yeah, that didn't help either. But yeah, pretty average week from me. Jonathan Tailor did not do well, and Carson, whence? You could tell he was playing on to sprain ankles, or say that much. All right, time for our rises and falls. QUB'S START US off. Obviously we're in a to QB league so that we might say some people that aren't that relevant to one QB leagues. But hang with us, pill chill your rises and falls in this position. All right, so rises, I mean I have to say Kirk cousins have been way too low in him all year and he's just put up twenty five every single week. So it's about Tom I respect him, and also Sam Donald, hurts man. He's just in an elite offense with huge weapons and he actually doesn't look too bad, like probably looks better than bridge water and all that. So I think he'll be decent on fantasy. Hate to admit it, but think you will. Yeah, the I don't know, I think that's harsh on Teddy, but...

...yeah, I agree with you. He's definitely a riser for me just because of their schedule, to be honest. Like, as we saw last week, they're legit just going to scored twenty five, thirty points every week because their opponents aren't great, and his bound to get two touchdowns a week pretty much with solid yarded. So yeah, he's a decent option. Yeah, Kirk, I actually haven't pretty high, but I agree with you. His form so far has been pretty hectic, like we've I've talked to you in the past, Pilach, about their being a bit of a top. Eleven QB's and then the gap to number twelve pretty high. But cousins could be bridging that gap. Who are your fools? Man? For me it's just the one faller and I've kind of grouped done. This is a big group, but the entire cowboys pass offense for me, so Prescott, lamb and cooper or fallers Um for a few reasons. Firstly, their defense is way better, meaning they don't have to throw it as much this year, which is good for them but bad for fantasy. And also, the run game looks really good. They seem to be running the ball whenever they can, so obviously that will have an effect as well. Yeah, actually completely agree with you there. So say the running back stocks, as I'll mention in a second, increase and then all those boys decrease. To be honest, I think I'm only high on CD lamb out of that bunch. I think I'm relatively low on the others. Curtis rises and falls made for the qubis rises. Have Two hundred percent agree with the Kirk and donal analysis from Pil choss, both both being impressive given their initial ranking the start year. So got to give them ticks if you drafted them or you have them all you've rosted them. I've also gone for Taylor. HEINIK's only in for probably about eight weeks or so, given fits his injury, but I think he's a pretty solid contributor and he's shown that through the first three weeks with fitzy being injured. I think he's not someone you ever going to really start unless you have to. But he's a he's a great bench warmer, I think, and if you needs to be put on the pitch, I think he's going to give you a solid fifteen to twenty every week just with his short passing and it kind just guarantees a bretty consistency as well in terms of the fallers. Going to have to go travel lawrence. When that last week going to go that this week? The man was on fantasy pros projected to be fifteen, the fifteen best qb in PPR leagues and, to be honest, he has looked disgraceful, not just in terms of his scores but also actually in real life on the pitch. So if you have travel lawrence, like I did, trade the man, get rid of him, do anything he can do get some some value, because I don't think he's going to have much value for the rest of the season, to be honest, especially given up it looks like they might be going to a bit more of a wrung game with J rob, who's probably the most talented player on their offense. So yeah, I'll try step stick clear of travelawrence. Yeay's in a shit situation. He's not playing well at all. We're going to get to see him on Thursday night football this week, so came to see that as we haven't watched them yet. But the Cincinnati defenses in good form, so I don't even have much hope from there. To be honest, Trevor and borrow, they'll actually be pretty good. Yeah, it's you good. Yeah, it should be. Actually, hopefully the bingles don't bum them, but there is a chance. My qb riser is the staff Matthew Stufford absolutely tore up the box. He was is my number ten heading into the week, but he's probably going to have to rise this week. He's had weeks of twenty, six and thirty passing attempts, which was one of my main concerns with him, but whether it beat you to Hendo's injury, injury this week. But mcvay finally let him have a crack really and he had thirty eight a tempts. He scored just under thirty and I don't even think he played like lights out like I definitely think there's even room for improvement. We saw a miss like de Shawn Jackson quite a few times before he finally hit him. So and he's also played Chicago, the colts and the box, who, if you ranked the defenses in the preseason, you'd probably say they were top all, top five. So yeah, it's pretty scariest think how high stafford ceiling is in terms of fantasy and also in the NFL. But yeah, for me is a riser and a fuller. I've got jail and hurts. I actually hadn't so high last week. I'd in the number three, but look, I don't know, like I don't want to go too early on them, because he did end up getting about twenty in a pretty average loss, but he averaged four yards per carry and he had two interceptions, which neither...

...of those things are going to happen every week. But the fact that it was against the cowboys defense, that isn't great. Yet it's just a bit of a concern for me, and I don't think like the likes of I think the likes of Josh Allen and stuff like that are going to be a lot better options than hurts, even though hurts his flaws quite low, as we saw. Like you, had a bit of a stink. Will Not a stinker, but he didn't play great at all and he ended up getting too, around twenty. So yeah, I'm probably going to move down from number three, but that's probably more of just a fall for me than the average bloke in the fantasy community running backs. My rises are my main riser, as pilch mentioned, as the passing offense goes down for the Dallas cowboys, something's got to go up. So I've got the Zeek. He was actually my number thirty one going into the week and he had a bit of a blind here. Can't even lie there. Oline looks like it's back to their best and when he's going to get the majority of staps? He's going to school. Well, just because the yards per carre is going to be good. He's getting red zone stuff. The game scripts really really suited him on Monday night and it probably will continue to if Dallas keep playing this well. He had six red zone carries and three red zone targets, which is pretty amazing for running back. On other RIS is now Gi Harris, pilcher's man number item at number fourteen moving into the week, and I'll be honest, I actually hate this thing about fantasy cuz it's disgrace what he put up on the weekend. But he had four red zone targets, so you can't really deny that. He had twenty targets in general, which is outrageous. And he's not going to be averaging that every week because, like, Deante was out, Ju Ju went out at halftime and yeah, like their offenses and firing well. So I don't think he's going to get that much every week. But his yards for carry was a concern, but realistically it can't get any worse than already is. So yeah, I can't see why he's not going to be a top ten finish at the end of the season with that sort of usage, which I hate to see because he had pretty much no impact on the game. But anyways, that's more of an issue with the whole system, so I won't blame the player. And then my fall up before we get to you boys, is Josh Jacobs. He was already down at like number twenty seven for me, but he's still roasted in quite a lot of leagues. So peyton barber stepped in during his absence and tore it up. He had six red zone attempts and like, I think he was in the top five running backs for the week or something like that. I think when Jacas will return, you obviously be at the number one back, but now you've got drake, you've got barber. Just don't think he's really a starter now and I would definitely be trying to ufload him. He's still got some name value, I'd say. So yeah, for me is a Nogo Josh Jacobs at the moment. Kurt who you're running back? Rises and falls. I got a couple rises. First one for me he's going to be Robinson, who was talking about before. For me he had lost a tiny bit of value in the first couple weeks, just given I thought they're going to throw it a lot more, given obviously they spent their first draft pick and travel lawrence and they've got a reasonable quartette of receivers. But yeah, it's pretty it seems to be pretty obvious that they're going to start giving it to j rob both in the passing and running game. He seems to have pushed out hide a bit, which is kind of what was expected to happen as the season. When I'm given J rob seems to be pretty elite and highs just kind of your your steadfast running back that seemed to go from team to team in the league. So I think he's got some serious upside relative to his first two weeks and I think he showed that in the hiss third week performance. In turn, I also have a deep d swift myself in the in the rises. Wasn't high on the man at the start of the season, as you boways would know. In fact, was ripping people for drafting him early, but I have to admit I was wrong. Apologies to go by ripped as well. The man looks looks elite here. Doesn't necessarily have the the run game volume that you would like, but he's seems to be an elite past capture and he's getting tons of value in that regard, which obviously stacks up points on the PPR leagues for running backs. So he certainly shifted into my top ten. I'm not sure he's going to be maybe a top five, I think think he might plateau a bit in terms off he's output, but yeah, I certainly think he's going to be a top ten. So definite rise of for me relative to the start of the season. In terms of fallers, there's a couple got got, myself...

Gibson. I think there's seen the needs to be a bit of a worry around Gibson his performances because performances were thought to be well, he's hypeers are season was thought to be an increase in volume, similar to kind of c MC numbers, which is what I was reading yesterday, but doesn't seem to be the case. They seem to love them kissicks. So a kissing seems to get a lot of those short short runs and he actually takes a lot of the rents and runs as well, which the big concern for Gibson because you want those tds for your PPR running backs. So I'm certainly not saying he's like twenty or something, but us don't think he should be top ten like he was projected at the start of the season. And another one in terms of the fallers is got to be Damian Harris as well. He looked pretty early that first week with a hundred yard performance, but yeah, I think that that excitement has kind of rubbed off. So yeah, I think he's a full up, but not say anything again, don't think it's gonna be outside maybe top twenty five. Of I think you can still push push the top twenty five. Yeah, Damon Harris is like the most vanilla fantasy player reckon, because he just got like no pass catching, like even when James White got injured on the weekend, apparently they went to like Jj Taylor and some other bloke for the catching stuff. I think Antonio Gibson's a weird one. I feel like there's a strong correlation between his performance and the defense has performance, because at the moment the defense is playing like shit, which no one was expecting, and I feel like he needs the defense to play well to keep the games tight. So they run the ball more be at the moment they're going down pretty early and they just give the Kissick all the footy because he is a bit of a weapon. Pilch your rises and falls. Matt Yea, Chase Young, zero sacks so far this season, so hopefully he's a bust. But my rises, James Robinson, as it hurt said, just looks like an absolute beast and the roles getting better every week. So certainly him. And then I've got Zach Moss as well. Zero the first didn't play the first week and then but now he looks like he's the man in the Buffalo Backfield. So I think he's got a bit of value and faller's. I've just got Joe Mixon, partly because I was very high on him coming into the week and only one catch this week and obviously about a poorer line. So it's kind of like Nageie Harris, but looks like he's going to be copping less passing work, so can have to drop him down me rankings. Yeah, I feel like, compared to Nudgie Harris, I think the Cincinnati offense is better than that Pittsburgh. So I feel like when things are going well they won't require mixing checkdowns, where at the moment big bend can only really he's only really good enough to hit nagie Harris about three yards away. So yeah, sadly for mixing, I'll be honest, I've not really paid attention to mix them because he's in a in a bit of a like situation now. League a bit of a confusing explanation, but yeah, it doesn't have much relevance to us. But yes, Zack Moss an interesting one. We all sort of expected this last year, didn't we? But single arry sort of held his own last year and now he's taken over and we love to see it from Zach Ryan Moss wide receivers. Pilch your rises and falls back rises Daj more while since he played, but he looks back to his best wi all ever. I knew how talented the man was, just a case of, I guess, target share and how good the QB was. Donald looks all right now. Robbie Anderson's just nothing now. So more's copping all the targets back there. So he's going to be an absolute beace for fantasy. You won't even need to score that any touchdowns with this volume. And also Adell Beckham played his was it his first game? Believe it was his first game back, and balled out, so I have to put him up there. Yeah, he actually looked sick. Odell, who your falls man and fallers? Actually forgot to write it down, so come back to me, all right, I'll come. Will come back to you. I'll do mine. Rises. I've got. Curtis has been I believe. I don't think you've traded him, but you have done a lot of trade recently. Cold Beasley, he was my around, my number twenty eight heading into the weekend. He had five red zone targets, which is something I just don't associate with cold Beasley, but that's good to see. And yes, Sanders bulled out and yes, digs is an absolute...

...freak, but basically seems to always get enough footie, which is good to see. And Allen also looked back to his best, which was a bit of a concern, and week one and two. So I think Beasley, look, I don't think you're going to start in that much, to be honest. I feel like he's more of a bench player that you're going to chuck in during the buyers but I don't think he's one of the best options you can have there. And I reckon even though he's been scoring well, just because, I don't know, we saw it last year. Just I think it's because he's name like no one really is not like a big name player. I feel like you can almost I feel like he's usually undervalued. But yeah, that's my first rise of my other one is a bit more of a rogue one. It's Curtis Samuel, my man in my my I as slot at the moment. I'm going to wow you here. Boys, time for some shocks. All right, so in his last ten last year. So I think it's between like week eight and week seventeen or something like that he average sixteen point two six which, for context, had him at the wide receiver fourteen for that period. So, assuming he comes off Ir this week and assuming there's no like injury issues, that will play him for the rest of the year. I think it's just a very interesting gamble. He's only Ross in fifty seven percent of leagues and this is a guy who was wide receiver fourteen for a large chunk of last year. Yes, he down grades to a week offense, but in that sense I also think his targets will probably increase. He's only twenty five, so he's still pretty young and they're also paying him a guaranteed twenty two million over the next two years, so they obviously rate him highly. He's going to slot into a wide receiver to position. I think he's going to take a lot of the footy away from humph freeze and drmy Brown and yeah, as Curtis said, they're running games not looking great right now, and I reckon he's going to be a very interesting option for fantasy players and I reckon he's definitely worth way. By addition, if he is not rosted in your league, because, yeah, I feel like people definitely forget about some of the IR players early in the season and when they come off you can usually get them. Well, in this case, in forty three percent of the leagues you can get him for absolutely nothing. So yeah, I reckon he's definitely worth a gamble. And even in leagues it is rosted, I reckon. If I don't know if you've got like a bloke like Jacoby Myers or something like that, I reckon that wouldn't be the worst trade something like that. And they're my faller. It's another one of my men on the Miss's Milkman lineup. It's Devo Samuel. Look, I'm not like that low on him, but I just had him really, really high, like actually had him in my top ten, which is pretty outrageous. But I still think he's being undervalued by everyone. I think you'll be top twenty. But yeah, I you can. Kid all sort of looked to get back into the swing of things last week. I you had for red zone targets. himself. Didn't the catch one, but anyways he's obviously getting more attention than kid'll. Can't remember his stat line, but I reckon he had like six catches or something. So yeah, I think both of them. Their usages are returning to what we were expecting and obviously that's going to affect Ebo. He still had eleven targets on the day and he was on Ji Alexander, so you can forgive him for not having a Blinder, but I just don't think his production out of week one and two was sustainable and I think we saw that in week three. So yeah, he's a bit of a fall for me, but I still think he's being a little bit underrated by people because I don't think week one and two as a fluke. I just think it was a little bit inflated of what he really will give us. But yeah, he isn't going to be an interesting one to watch. Curtis, your wide receivers. That for the rise is going to start off with Cooper Cup. I wasn't too high in him at the start of the season. Obviously I still thought he was probably top twenty and I've been pretty wearish of chucking him in my top ten until now, just because obviously the wide receivers could be pretty volatile. They can obviously have some insaying weeks and lock it's a prime example of this, where they can have a couple in saying weeks and then they can really fall off a cliff for the next couple but it seems to be that Cooper cups production is going to be something that's pretty consistent throughout the Stafford. So He's a definite riser for me and I haven't checked him in my top top five are I'll probably go to around six on my wide receive rankings, but if he does it again this week I don't see how I can keep you outside my top five. He'd be solidified. Forget my top five wide receive rankings. So massive rise for that man. Also got the Arizona receive. Your Core Bar Hopkins, in my rise is holkin looked injured to say the least on Sunday. So I think if he's injured and out for a bit, which he might be just because he actually did look like he was in some...

...strife, that there's a chance that Kirk and Gran can have an increasing production. Kerk's actually look pretty good in those first few weeks as well. I think he's the fifteen best producer of PPR points at the moment in terms of wide receivers. So he's looked pretty solid. Had A good volume as well good volume as well. So those two are both rises and also, I'm going to give a shout out in my rises to the eye are boys such as like Jerry duty and Michael Thomas. If you've gone through the hardship of having them for the last couple weeks and they are going into you week, week four as well, there's their tray values going up, firstly, and you've gone through the hard ship of having them, so you might as well keep them now and get them back on the field. Jerry duty obviously looked delete in that first first three courts. I think he had six or seven targets and we were six six UM catches for seven targets or something. He was pretty early and obviously my top Michael Thomas, has talents pretty much unquestionable, so he's yeah, both of them are big rises in my books and if you've got them, keep them. In terms of folders, Hopkins is certainly one for me just because of that that injury. I think it's a it's a roof of some sort, so I would just be a bit wary of him. And I've also got a J Brown. His first two weeks didn't look that great and then obviously he seems to have an injury as well and it's week to week. I believe it's the hamstring. He obviously still has some some trade value, and there's also a lot of competition there with Julio. And then obviously Henry seems to be gained, or will get at it seems, being involved in a pass catching game this year as well. So I think if you've got a J Brown, add tolio joints for that matter, just be bit wary of them, just given Henry and the amount of mouths that need to be fed in that offense. Yeah, absolutely, I agree with that one. Both, to be honest, Cat Chuck Julio and there as well, they're both a bit of a worry at the moment. Aj Green, he's actually a bit of a spicy option, to be honest. Not that relevant in our league because all made and Mustaff as in. But anyway he's like actually playing pretty well. And Yeah, I've got couple my top five. Peelch, you have them in your top five as well. They I'll remember my top too. Yeah, so that just shows how high we are on him. Absolute beast. I'm as a Robert would woods owner. I'm hoping that defenses pull their finger out and just double team the prick. But yeah, I don't even know if he's defendable at the moment. He's playing that well. Also, just got to address pilchers comment about chase young, and that is probably the worst call of all time. Saying farmer, giants fans, I said, hopefully he's as you're absolutely cool, but when pill just just gone from the lines. Yeah, that's all. I don't yeah, is and now to have a giants and you were frost in the packet. They I don't know, a Rogers and Adams. I don't like you actually respect it. But like, I don't know how you have this ability to just pick up die hard like straightaway, like I cannot do it, like I've tried in the past and I can't. Can't care about a team that I'm lat my lions fanship was never really a fanship, to be fair. Well, I don't like a last again, triggered about a few losses. You're locked in the giants now, I'll give you that. But like, yeah, it is rode for you to the point where you're talking shit about division rivals, like, come on, brother, relax. But anyways, tight ends, they will go. Actually, Je did you pick your full of Pilch? Yeah, I realize I already said it in the cub section. It was cooper and lamb, but I would like to also throw in my man, Allan Robinson, who just can't cop a good qb to save his life. Feel bad for him and I hope you can turn it around, but it's not looking good. Yeah, definitely. I wasn't that keen on him, to be honest, from about week two on once. But yeah, the values diminishing pretty fast, so I'd be offloading that bad boy. Tight ends will go. Will let you start pillchoss to your users and falls man. Yeah, this is always the hardest section, but I've gone with Tyler Conklin and the rises. Seems like the Vikings new man and he had a great game, think yeah, like for eighty in a touchdown or something on the weekend. So he looks quite interesting. And then fuller. No clue, but I'll say could commet. Don't...

...really don't really have much to back it up now. Actually start very night. Sees receiving for some hype and doesn't look too good. So yeah, I was somewhat keen on him. In the preseason. But yeah, definitely not that relevant unless you're in a very deep league. Other leagues like two tight ends. I would be fucking rogue. Yeah, there are fixed some weird players life. That's what weird leagues out there they I would love to get into some weird shit but like, unfortunately we don't have the mates to be able to do that. But anyways, yes, I agree with both you calls. There Minnesota do love a tight end as well. Like Rudolph was one of his favorite targets, especially in the red zone, and then if Smith got a lot of action, but he's obviously out for the year, so if Conklin steps into that it could be an interesting add my riser is Mike just sicky formal, formerly of good fantasy fame and then sort of fell by the wayside at the end of last year, turned into an absolute a pile of shit. But he was my number sixteen going into the week and he had thirteen targets on the weekend. One Red Zone, Jacoby bricept is, just like in the last quarter he was just hidden up, just seck you pretty much every playm waddle, the shout out to Brissette and waddle for completing the first ever pass for a safety. Never been done before, but pretty weird footie. But yeah, it looks like Justesseke could be a top ten level tit tight end if he's going to get this sort of production. Like I don't think he's going to score many, but if he's getting thirteen tired, you don't even need him to score anything. So yes, it obviously is a tough one. In Miami they've got Brissette and then eventually to come back in. But yeah, I think it's definitely an interesting option as maybe a bench add my fuller. Probably a little bit harsh because it is only one bad week, but it's the hock. He was my number three heading into the week, actually number four because don't but he only got two targets, which for me is a bit of a concern because you can forgive someone having a bad week when they're like maybe he's had six targets, three captures and he's just been much defended well, but only get too tired. It's as a bit of a concern. He's surely going to start getting a lot of attention because realistically, is there only player? Is there only past catcher? Is Worth anything. So like he's only their wide receivers. What quintes see fat, you're not really going to double team him Aya. So looks like the Hawk's going to have a hard time of things in terms of that. I still think it's going to be very good, but I thought he was maybe going to distance himself from the rest of the pack, like you're mark and drews is your grunts. You Logan Thomas has, but maybe not. Maybe he's still going to be maybe it's just going to be the best of those lots. So yeah, I'm a little bit lower on the hack after last weekend. Curtis your tight end. Rise and falls. Man Rises going to start off if doctor and shoots played a massive game on the weekend. See He's a big game, a significant red zone tige chair, which is quite interesting, shows a bit of promise as well. He's had footing catches in the first three weeks, which isn't too bad for a tight end that was. He's probably going to sit around that fifteen, ten to fifteen mark, maybe pushing into maybe like ten to eight range. But yeah, I think there's certainly some upside and if you'll look into check, a tight end as a backup on your bench. I'd certainly look at shoots as an option because the man has got a reasonable target share, which is pretty impressive given that cowboy offense. In terms of follers. I'm going to chuck in both the New England tight ends. I wasn't sure how it was going to work at the start of the year in terms of of WHO, if there was going to be a dominant tight end or if they're just going to simply just share share the art targets. But it seems to be the case that they're going to kind of share the targets, but it's going to be like fluctuating per week, so there's going to be no consistency, no way of telling who's going to be copying the targets for particular week. So if I was a fantasy manager, I'd be staying well away from both of them because you can't guarantee anything in terms their performances week upon week. So you're only going to be streaming them in certain cases and it seems to be there's no point in doing that because you just have no clue how they're going to perform. Yeah, I still don't even know why they brought them to the Patriots like such a road dumb pick up, and they legit paid in good money as well. But yeah, I completely agree with you there. The short one's an interesting call because I actually was sort of him and high on him in the preseason. But what Spoo to me was like Garl and...

...coming back from his acl but looks like shorts is just remaining the number one big dog. So I'm yeah, he's definitely an interesting one. Also, I'll get your voice, sorts on this. Couple injured reserve players coming off. Do they have any value at all? I'll pitch you three here. I've already talked about court to Samuel, but I could. These are three I'm thinking off my head. Go to you, peeled. Let me know if any of them have value. John Ross, the Keel, Harry and Rashaud. Bateman. Any of them relevant to fantasy? Bateman. That's it. Yeah, Jack, and he's worth picking up. Wall is it a wait and see operation if you're in a well, yeah, twelve man league. Yes, definitely interesting. Kurt, what are your thoughts on those three? Agree with pills that Bateman's the only one worth picking up and in terms of a league like ours, which is a ten man league, even maybe a twelve man league. I'm still in a wait and see, see kind of circumstance because, a, I don't think you will have much target volume to start to start off, we're talking the first two three weeks probably going to be pretty poor in terms of expectations, and then he needs to compete with Brown as well, and browns actually looked pretty solid so far to start the season. So yeah, I would definitely wait and see, but I wouldn't be surprised if he ends up being pretty elite because he had some some some talent coming out of college and yeah, people were froten him. So I would just wait and see, but I would be trigger happy with with picking him up on the waivers in a couple weeks. Yeah, actually going to be an interesting watch this week against a good Denver opposition if he does play. In fact, we don't even know if these three are playing. I don't know why I can't get off in the key or Harry, like I refuse to accept his shit, but he might be, I don't know, like well, I'm pretty sure he's the first round pick. Then he was the first round pick and I think he went before dkm metcalf but yeah, I don't know he did. I know, I know. Drafts not everything, as we have seen some pretty weird calls in the past. Or are moving into the preview. There's some good games this week, as they're always are huge for us. Ozzie's daylight saving starts on Saturday, so Monday morning goes from three am to four am, which is massive. Very excited for that. More footy to watch for the lads, and then in a matter of weeks it goes all the way to five am, so you can pretty much watch the whole action, which I'm tolly about actually tell you for this week, just even the extra our footy. There's some good Games on TV as well. Obviously the headline actors Tom Brady heading back to Fox Brough with his bucks boys. Some other interesting games that are being televised here. We've got the pancers up against the cowboys. That's a real test for both sides to see where they're at. The Ravens up against the broncos. Will find out if the broncos or anything, and there's a few other interesting ones also. Came to see borrow of us is Lawrence on Thursday night footie could be shit, could be good. Who knows? All Right, sure bets. We are yet to get one of these wrong, which you would expect, but I don't want to jinx it. Me and pillage are two from to curtises for from for, because he just that's how he rolls. Just say an extra shit. But we've all gone different ones here, which is, I think, a first so far this season. Kurt who have you gone with here? Matte tightens over the jets. The jet stink, so I don't even need to explain more than that. By the fact that they can't even put points in the board. Soo's an absolute joke at the moment. And if you're a fan of the jets, I'm sorry for you, to be honest, because I'm talking. It's it's the Melbourne Footy Club of the two thousand and late, two thousand and ten, early, two thousand and two thousand and sorry, right late, two thousand early, two thousands ten, just it's a shit. Shows what it is. So yeah, feel feel sorry for the jets fans. Yes, I actually feel bad for them. I'm going to be interested to see how Wilson goes this week. Obviously The Times defense isn't horrible, but it's one of the I think it's the worst is played so far. Like they've played the pants as, the Patriots, the Broncos, who all three pretty good defenses. So definitely going to be a big test for Wilson. If he has another like three interception day against the titans, then like obviously he's not crap. But then there are real warries starting to come in from me and probably everyone else. Pill choose your Short Bat, Matt. Well, sure, but will be the chiefs to beat the Eagles? Just, no way. It doesn't happen like...

...chiefs coming off two losses in a row. Like there's just and the eagles looked real bad against the cowboys. So yeah, yeah, I thought the was defense was gonna like make the cowboys game tight, regardless of how the offense played, but they got blown out. So yeah, I understand that one. I've gone the bookmakers largest favorite, so a bit of a dog arc but I've got the bills hosting the Texans. I just don't think even though the Texans defense actually looked somewhat okay on Thursday night footy last week, I just don't see a world where they keep the bills below thirty points here and I don't really see a world where they put up twenty plus themselves. So yeah, I think the bills win. The bills were easy and they did say they're going to take the training wheels off Davis Mills this week and they're going to let him throw a bit more, which is going to be interesting to see, because last week they didn't really give themselves a chance to win the way they'll playing. But yeah, that's going to be one to watch. Upset of the week. This is me and Pilch, undefeated so far. Curtis is to from for and he's gone to again this week, so he's you know, he's in. He has a larger margin for error, but he also has a larger Martin for success, if you go on. I mean. So I'll actually start us off for this one. I struggled for an upset this week. I don't I I just don't like it at all, but because when I looked it was sort of confusing. The Ravens were underdogs the line, but headtohead they were favorite, so I didn't consider that underdogs. Otherwise I probably would have backed them. But I'm going Seattle to beat curtises niners at home. I did some research and since the opening of Lee by stadium, Seattle six from seven and the only time they lost was in overtime in two thousand and eighteen. So they don't hate going to Santa Clara at all and getting the job done against Carl Shanahan's men. And the last time Seattle will one and three. They want and two right now. So a loss here would make them one and three was two thousand and eleven and that was the year before Russell Wilson got drafted. So yeah, I think this is a good chance. I don't I'm still high on the forty niners. I still like them. A lot of predicted them to have twelve wins and I'm not really turning the lights off on that call. But I just think Seattle after a really disappointing vikings game, after a disappointing lost to the titans. They've been getting cut up by the run, which a little bit of a concern because the forty niners are a good running offense. But I just think Seattle will get the job done here and when in a pretty high scoring affair, which will I think I'll be a good game to watch, even thoughts that on TV. So for Australians, Piach, what is your upset? May upset is Indie to beat Miami. MIAMI, not too high on them. They haven't looked unreal one and two and then in the own three and I think this is this has to be the bounce back game for them. Otherwise you can rule playoffs out. So I think they will. Their d especially, will come in red hot and they'll get a job done. Yeah, they they need it. Pretty much on the review episode I relegated them from my playoff picture, but when here, who knows, could keep them back in the mix and they definitely need it. It's going to be just see what Miami does because their defense has been giving up a lot more points than they would be liking at the moment. So that's going to be an interesting one. To quarterbacks, not of you know elite fame at the moment, but we'll see how that goes. Kurt, your two upsets, mate. First One got lines over the bears. If the bears players stupid ass offensive scheme like they did on the weekend for a mobile quarterback, where they have left him in the pocket with five man defensive lines I think they could be in strife because the lines have not looked bad or and to be fair, gave the ravens a run for their money. So yeah, I'm actually a bit higher on the lines these days than at the start of the season. And then got the panthers over the cowboys. The Panthers d actually looks like scary, like it looks good. So I think there's a chance that the panthers can go for a no Donald, as we've said earlier, doesn't look too bad. He needs to get rid of the fumbles that seemed to be happening. But I mean DJ mores looking elite Robbie and should probably get some more volume and targets now, given given that same seas out, Hubbard didn't look bad at all. So yeah, I think the panthers a real chance to give the cowboys are run for their money and maybe get her of the top. Yeah, this one's actually on TV in Australis on channel seven, so can you to watch that one in the...

...early kickoff? Could go the way. Really we'll see if the panthers are the real deal. You'd have to say the lines bears bit more of a row. Called is the starting quarterback effect your decisionmaking there at all. Like, are you happy to take the lines even if Dalton starts or a fall starts? Don't think so. Like, obviously, what was like most upseting about the I reckon the weekend in terms the justin fields debut was the fact that it was a like it was an offensive scheme that didn't stud him at all. It was like the Dalton scheme and there was no there's no rpos, there was no getting outside the pocket. They just let himself there and let miles, Garrett and cluey just run over the top of a very average offensive line. So, to be honest, I don't think so, because I think I, surely Matt Naggi's I shifted up the offensive scheme to give the man a chance other than just see in the pocket and have one point one yards passing yards, which is disgusting to say the least. So, yeah, I don't think it really changes my opinion on the game. I still think the lines, no matter who the quarterback is and no matter the offensive scheme, is a chance. Cuse Matt Maggie is a joke and needs to get the hell out of Chico. Yeah, he's not going to last much longer because they've got this one, but then after that they've got six really hard games, so they could easily be too and eight or something, and he won't be in the building at that point. So yeah, but must win for the bears and Detroit definitely deserve it. W after the last couple weeks, right spreads pilchers leading the way here. He's the only one over fifty percent. He's free from five. Curtis is one from four. I'm two and a half from eight. No, I'm not really confident on any of these three, to be honest. But my first one, I've got Washington the favorites against Atlanta. The lines only one and a half, which I think is pretty outrageous. Yes, the Falcons are coming off a win, but they'd be a pretty awful giant's lineup and I just don't see how this defense keeps playing as poorly as it does. Feel like the Washington defense comes out, makes a statement, keeps that Lanta below fifteen points and I think the Washington attack is good enough to put up, you know, twenty five or something. So yeah, I think I'm pretty happy with that one. My Next One's Baltimore. At the line they were. This is obviously at the time recording. They are under dogs. The lines one point at Denver. Yes, Denver looked really good so far, but they've played a combined opposing record of Oh and nine, so they haven't really been tested yet. And I think Baltimore is one of the stranger test you can get with the way they play on offense. Yes, they didn't look great against Detroit, but Marquis Brown dropped two touchdowns pretty much. So yeah, I think they played better than the school line suggests and this is going to be an interesting to want to interesting one to watch as well. So hopefully boltimore get up here. And then my other one is Tampa Bay. The line is seven. They're obviously favorites heading into New England. I don't know what I saw from the Patriots on the weekend against the saints. I just don't think they're a good team. Thought Their defense was going to be able to carry them this year, but it doesn't look like it's playing at the level that it needs to be to do that. And although it's always scared to bet against Bill Belichick, I just think the Tampa defense will come out make a statement after a few poor weeks and also I think the offense is too hot to handle. So and Abe should be back this week, despite Scottie bill like going to Ir Curtis, your Spreads Mate. I've got the Times at need of seven a half. Sorry, sorry, did the jets fans, but the Times that wouldn buy more than seven and a half. The brands at two and a half. I think that is a saucy spread. And then the tide ends at Plus Sixteen Point Five, I'm sorry, the Texan Sorry, at Plus Sixteen Point Five. I think the Texans are too bad. To be fair, like they actually look look all right, and mills, to be fair, looks okay. So, yeah, I don't think they're going to be losing by more than sixteen point five. So point. So I've got them in much breads. Yes, sixty four five. That is large. That's a pumping buffalo. Cover it. The browns, Vikings One might let pill talk about a little bit more. But yeah, that's a spicy one. I was a bit scared because the Vikings did look good on the weekend, but browns are deeper and better side don't I think that's value for sure. Peeled. Your spreads mate, yeah, I've also got the browns. I'll just they obviously a way better team than the Vikings,...

...but I do actually have a kind of a bad feeling about this one. But when I lock it in anyway, they are playing away and yeah, I could just see the vikings causing an upset, but obviously I think like in all likeliness they'll cover. I've got the giants plus seven a half against the saints. I just back the giant's ability to keep a game close. Their last two losses have been by one point and three points. Last season they did it all year, lost by two points every week, and the saints offense still stinks. So I'm not expecting a high scoring game at all. And then I have got same as you cork, the ravens out plus one over Denver. I think they will just they'll just win that game. So backomen. Yeah, I'm actually very came for the Voltimore Denver Game. It's a very interesting tactical match up. I have to say the channel seven. For those Australian lists, the channel seven lineup is kind of beating the foxtel line up. This week we've got panthers, cowboys and Ravens Broncos as opposed to chiefs, Eagles and packers steelers. Like I don't really give a shit about those two pumpings. But yes, excited for another weekend of footy. Excited for actually not an extra hour of sleep, but an extra hour footy after daylight savings kick in on Saturday. Looking forward to another hectic week of footy. Good luck to I'll say good luck to all the teams, but it's like, what the Fuck Wild I say that, but good luck to everyone's fantasy sides. You Two as well. I am versing Kilch, but I am probably going to get fisted, so yes, I'll end that they're see boys.
