Welcome back to the onboard podcast. This is well, I've actually decided to stop the episode count because I always just get it wrong anyway. So we'll just move on. But that's just my habit now. But we're back again for another AFL episode and we have the boy hundred and forty six, because it is. It's not not quite. It's close, but it actually could be because I'm doing a euros episode and there's about five of them. So because it took too long. So it could be a hundred forty six, could be a hundred thirty six. But so the boys are back. PILCH, rowy Rowley. How are we? May I'm great, mate. I'm ready to absolutely slate some players. How are you? Yeah, I'm pretty pretty good. Pilch, how are you? Yeah, good mate. As you can tip actually jumped ship this week. Now Swans Fan, with the SWAN's beany so little update for you, for you two boys. Bit of a stiff weak to get on them, as they've just beaten Rowy sithe. Anyway, that's why I got on them, coincidence. So what today is? It's the midseason awards episode and I'm absolutely pumped for ready to fucking riff and tears, as they saying, the grade. They could be a few explained if this episode, because I'm pumped. I mean my origin gears you can't tell. It's a good day to be alive. We're coming out of lockdown tomorrow, apparently. I actually haven't even read the news, but I've been told by family members, so that's good. The weather's absolutely shit but we'll take it on. So what we're going to do before we get into the wards? Quick Little Round twelve wrap up. I don't have too much to say on it, so I might head over to you, Roe. You can say anything you want. You can go on a little bit of a winners and loses spill, or you can just talk shit about your saints if you want. Howd you how do you think round twelve went? It's a good start. I think Melbourn Brisbane was an incredible game. I remember during the game I was just texting everyone saying just make sure you're watching. This isn't game of the year so far. It was a bit of a shootout and it was awesome. It was allso awesome to see the first of our bloods back group multi get up. Obviously sports better been advertising that. And finally, I think we were about sixty seventy down, but we chuck Chuck Ten on a twenty one, twenty one odds with about ten legs and it got up in the lat final minutes. So that was awesome. made the game so much better. But I was yeah, incredible game, incredible win for Melbourne to there were a clear winner of the week Collingwood as well, to fight off Adelaide in front of the Adelaide oil fans. Jamie eliots return was awesome for them and West Coast. I love the fact that Culton lost because in a given saints to kind of been going through rebuilds the past few years, I love to see Carlton Fail. So yeah, this the fact that Carlton are a bit of shambles at the moment is awesome and to see them get, yeah, just have their season basically done and dust on the weekend was awesome to watch. But at the same time, you know, the saints were just fucking I only we you can lose that. Jack Higgins obviously how to rip a game. I'm not going to talk about him and how he lost the game, because he's the only reason we were sort of in it. You know had seven scoring shots but you know, twelve marks over twenty touches. He was unreal. The one the few people. I want to quickly condemn our Fox futty commentators, Ross Line and particularly Ross Line and Jonathan Brown as well, for making the whole game about the bashing of Max King. I don't know if I know you watched a hammer. I don't know if you did pilled, but JEEZUS Christ the boys. I talked about Dwane Russell's like a vocabulary the side of the year, but these boys took it to another level. All it was was Max King, this maxim that at one point they were absolutely bashing him and he was on the flipping bench. So yeah, I think it was disgraceful. Come with you from those two pillocks and I just can't. Don't think I can watch another game with them commentating because as much as they do, they do like respect the heart and tough plays of the game. I think all this bashing of Max King in particular. I know it is obviously a lot of Hay Bey buys as to why I'm defending it, but and because the Saint Kilda, but I think it was just terrible young key for WHO's kick a begger five this year's keep multiple bags at three in his career. He's it the the first form slump of his career and being the next Nikorey Walt as he's been touted for ages. To just absolutely throw them under the bus this much in one game was disgraceful. So pull your heads in, Gary Lina, Jonathan Brown, I was terrible commentary and just folks on commentating the game, because that was wayful. Twitter when into meltdown, I was glad that lots of other saints pauls and not just saying supporters, were on the same bear Wagge is me in calling them out. So yeah, I think I was shocking formed from them. But yeah, at the same time, yeah, we...

...only say Kilda could have lost, that city didn't play that well at all and we just couldn't capitalize, unfortunately. But against the courage this week and hopefully can get the doub there. Yeah, completely agree with everything you said about the commentary or shit out. So it was good to see some of the media outlets actually pick up on it. I saw an article might have even been on Fox sports having a go up their own commentators, which is actually it was. But yeah, as as you said, twitter was going off. It was ridiculous, like it was just ruining the game, like it was not the highest quality game, but it was close and it was intense, taking the fun out of it. Yeah, they would just get stuck on something he did for five minutes and there's like, guys, it's gone. And also the diving thing that they were having a crack at in for I don't get this conversation. It's have been the little bit in the rugbully in the last week or two. But what people hate about diving in soccer is they dive when there's no contact or there's hardly any contact, basically no contact. Like I don't know if there's many soccer fans, but one of the biggest dies all times, like Ian Robin in one of the World Cups and the Guy He lived it, didn't get touched and just fell over. Where the thing is these guys diving so Max king they're saying he dived. Dane rampy does not have to push in there, like I know it's soft contact, but why is he pushing in there? It's like a hundred meters off the ball. So I don't really get one. Knox is getting roasted for that. Like it to me. It's just stupid from rampy giving him the opportunity to win the free kicks. So, yeah, I don't know why Max is getting roasted for that, like to me. To me, I just don't know why, Damn ramp he's done that. I think people should maybe have a crack a Dan rampy instead of king is. But pilch, I know your port boys didn't play on the weekend, but any other general thoughts about the round? Yeah, I just want to say agree with the slating. Gary Line was all over king every time the ball went near him, which was very stiff. And, as we know, SWANNI's are my second favorite team. But at the end of that game I was like, Saints, please win this, like I'll genuinely feel so sorry for them and their supporters I don't win this. And then higgins kick three behind in three set shots or whatever it was in the last minute and yeah, it was just an absolute trust in the end. But yeah, it was actually quite a good round. Like all the games were pretty close, apart from the doggies docks right at the end. But the other the other Games are actually all really good. Yeah, the DOC has had a crack, but the injury was free of happens Arculus. Yeah, actually, they wear in it went they until five. Yeah, went down. The last two or three years that they did have not copped any like with injuries whatsoever. Like. Yeah, I don't know. Hopefully Alex Pierce comes back this round and he can steer help the ship a little bit, especially in the back line, because their back lines just in tatters right now. But I reckon that's enough. Buckley got sacked as well this morning, but to be honest, I actually don't care. Don't even feel like mentioned it was mores he stepped down. Yeah, like I can. I was a sacking by on the bin scenes and they were just like step down. Let's let's just say it wasn't one of the WHATSAPP rooms. It was late this morning about pretty well your dust, I think. Yeah, I think he said at the start of the year he was happy to stand down at the end, so I think it was at the forefront of his mind. Maybe you got a little nudge for it to be a bit sooner than he was thinking, but yeah, like at the end of the day, I think a bit of fresh blood and they wouldn't wouldn't hurt anyone. So I guess we'll see how that unfolds in the next couple days. who takes over and stuff and how they go. But we're going to get right to our wars. Finished with a few predictions of round thirteen as well, but mainly going to be an awards episode. We've got some good categories. We've got like best trade and Free Agency pick up. Also got coach of the season so far, rising star of the season so far, most improved, best affair. So fine. Then, famously, last year probably the goat episode when we named our midseason Australian teams, highlighted by some disgraceful selections by me. This year my teams a lot better. I don't know. No, I reckon saying savage was definitely mid year because I feel like, yeah, I was, he was. Yeah, maybe will sneiling was end of year. But yeah, I actually don't know. But yeah, I know the Shane savage on was midseason. So there was just some disgrace for ones in there. I think it's actually at the start of the episode in the little intro video, everyone's reaction to me saying it whenever it's and heads just went into hands. So we'll get into that in a little bit. But first of all, boys, some of the smaller awards, best trade and Fridge and see pick up. I don't know if you've got one for each or just one and overall, Rowy, what have you got with here? I've sort of got three in down, but I think I've sort of got the main sort of Bargin one, given how much, oh how little, he was traded for and...

...how much he's contributed to his teams. I've Gone Nick from behind. So I think it was hind and picks seventy seven traded four pick sixty seven to seventy four. Obviously I think all those other pis we passed. So it's just hind, basically a free agency move really. But yeah, he's stupid from saying guilty. Know we drafted him as a running halfback, we played him as a half forward and then obviously couldn't get a much of a go at it. He was often in rotation the likes of, you know, Loney and bedlong and Greshaman all that. So unfortunately he was the one that had to go. And now they're playing in his proper position and he's obviously thriving. So yeah, it was very good pick up from the pombers. He'd obviously playing the VFL team. That's where he was drafted from originally, so they knew a lot about and then you that he was a very good get. So I'm giving he's probably their top five best and fairest and they've got him in for basically nothing. He's definitely the pick of the bunch for me. I think the likes of all really has been really good for port as well, and Tom Vicky for the swans, but I'll go new kind is the best trade. Yeah, I think that would be the consensus pick. Pilch, do you have? Do you agree with that or do you have another shout? Great Pick, but I've gone someone else. I've actually gone one free agent and one actual trade. So my free agent was Joe Danaher. He was a pretty obvious choice in there. There were that many good ones. And then the trade of actually gone with Tom hikey. There were heaps of picks involved with that trade. I think they were like four different pick swaps, but I think it equated to like a future third round or something, and he's just been huge for this one's huge reason for their success this season and arguably the fourth best Rockman in the comp this year after the Big Three. Yep, they're very, very, very fair shouts. Most of my awards will pretty much every single one, is based off my voting system that I do and I've done it up to round ten because I didn't have time to do around eleven and twelve, so excuse that. But the trade, the person who got traded last year WHO's picked up the most votes is actually Adam trill, or so I guess you could give it to him, but yeah, value I'd probably have to go nick kind because he basically went for nothing. Nick Kins picked up five votes, so he was right up there. But yeah, trelaws picked up nine. I started the season very, very well, all bit in a bit of a different role, playing a bit more half forward flank than he ever has before. That's they've just got so many good players in the guts yet for free agency not many. Joe Danaher is probably the main shout I was actually miss also been handing. It's been big in a couple games for Jelong with it in hasn't played that much, but he's also had a few good games in replacing Shannon her and when he went down with injury. Coach of the year, there's a few shouts to see. I actually think this is really hotly contested. It's usually a tough AWA to pick. I'm probably going to lead off with the obvious candidate, Simon Goodwin. Think he was probably one of the most under pressure coaches going into the season and they currently sit eleven and one on top of the ladder looking a serious, serious chance of getting well, they're probably going to get home finals and yeah, it's just really good time to be a Melbourne and right now everything around the club's positive. They've got a good young crop of players and what he's why? I guess you could argue they've been underperforming the last couple seasons, but yeah, still for him to turn that last year around and turn them into a premiership contender pretty incredible. So, rolly, do you want to get around good you or anyone else? Yeah, I think you summed up good when very nicely there. He's probably the pick of the bunch there as well. Obviously, getting Melbourne from one of those sort of end of the you know, sort of contending for the top eight finishes teams right up to number one. So that's obviously really good from him. I've also got the likes of Bevo. He's obviously in a similar position. I like the fact that we all know Bevo is particularly in super coach loves to switch around the magnets on the White Board, going the likes of, you know, chucking Bailey Dale obviously two half back as obviously really really helps them, shown how much of a quality player he is, and moving in cale Danel sort of around the ground and just make it him contribute everywhere, which has been really nice, not for super coach early on but is proven to be all right now, especially absence of dunkle and trower one such coach that has done that even more so it's been rotten. Obviously the bombs were touted to be bottomed for by just about everyone and now they're, you know, the words finals a being whispered around them. Obviously a pretty long shot, but you never know. In the AFL season they're coming along really nicely and on the weekend you know if that game was played in three quarters, you know essidens right in there. So yeah, I think the fact you know, they've played Nikin from half back. He's been...

...a revelation for them. They've moved Carl Langt into the middle, pilcher's boy. He's been awesome for them. Obviously Darcy Parrish as well as gone into the midfield. So a lot of these sort of switching the magnets has really helped them. I think Jane Laverty is gone down back as well. They've chucked around the magnets, as I said, and in a season that they weren't expecting much out of it's obviously been really beneficial for them. They've realized, you know, how good some players can be in these positions that they weren't originally played in. So I think Ben Rutton's been one of the unsung heroes of the year. In terms of coaches, just a long sorry John Longmey as well for Swan's been awesome getting the swan's up from one of those sort of on. We talked a lot about the sort of glove of teams going from sort of eight to nine till about fourteen. I think the Swan's would deep in there with the likes of free and Gold Coast, but they've leapt out. They lepped out straight away from that into the top eight, especially with the likes of death young guns they brought in and, you know, likes of Tom Hickey and all that who are all stepping up, and I think long I was the one of the reasons for that happening. So I think he's also been awesome for this one's yeah, agree with all of those shouts. Pilch, who you going with? Yeah, few good shouts there, but I'm gonna have to go with John Longmeyer as my coach of the year. The man just being a proven coach for so long and he's done it again. He's rebuilt in one year. Arguably, like may not have even had to have rebuilt if they had Franklin and Haney last year, but we'll never know. But I mean, yeah, they're definitely playing finals and honestly look like a threat. They've been a few good sides. So who knows, mate, who knows? Yeah, I've I been critical horse in the past and definitely think he's a contender for coach the year. Yeah, I don't know. So, like I feel bad for North and St Kilda and Carl and the Melbourne fans when they look at a team like rebuilt in a year must just be so frustrating. Ye See. But yeah, he's done it very, very well. Time for we'll go the rising star. I think this will be the last award we do before we get into ours for Australian team, because our most improved in brownlows might be spoiled by our teams rising star. I've look I'll be honest. My voting system doesn't work for the rising star because very rarely do they get in the best five on the park. So you can easily win my rastic star with one good performance, and that's exactly what's happened here. Thankfully it's not like a Jacob because Shitski or something. Love saying because Shitsky, but it's just definitely not because Shit Ski, is it? But I'll keep saying it like that. Yeah, I think he got three votes for that game and Tazi, but thankfully he didn't get it. Chad Warner picked up four votes, and here is my winner. So far. Are All from his round one performance that which let saw him leap into super coach fame. And that's basically all ever knows and for apart from that is pretty mythical. Watch them on the weekend Harley saw him and I think he's injured now. Going to be rested this week apparently. But yeah, he's picked up the most votes for me in the rising star, but I do obviously accept that my voting system doesn't work for the rising start. Peach Joan to start us off for the rising star May. I was looking at the odds and I was actually surprised at how low my bloke was. Firstly, the obvious choice is Georgie artist, but I haven't gone him. I've gone a bit left field. So I've gone with our James Jordan as my rising start sink. He's been really solid for the days all year. Could you eating a lot? I think he's played every game and yeah, met the blacks a gun. Yeah, do you think? So? Team success comes into account, obviously with the Australian. Do you think that will cut play a factor in the rising star? Well, I reckon it does a bit, not as much as the other rewards, but that's why I was even more surprised at how low is odds were. I will high, he'll be honesty, but yeah, yeah, actually don't mind that Shat at all. He's a pressure act and tackling beast go as well as racking up touches. Yeah, yeah, so, yeah, I definitely agree with the James Jewdan one. I had two days written down and he was one of them. He's obviously been awesome for the days this year and his managers tobit himself into that star started lineup. He's also third in the AFL for tackles, which is an awesome for a well use drafted a few years ago. But yeah, he's thirty the AFELT with tackles. Obviously they've play that extra game against a few of the teams, but he's still ate them average for tackles, so he's coming on really, really nicely. The other one is obviously nick cocks. Every I'm the APEL's fan boy at the moment, who I was with for a few hours at Porty hotels next to him the dance floor, so that was great vibes. He's basically my best mate. So yeah, he's been awesome for them. The absolute...

...stick just running around and not getting blown over by the wind. But yeah, in all seriousness, he's he's awesome, like he's awesome to watch and two hundred centimeters, which apparently everyone needs to be reminded of every second. He's just doing everything on the park. So that's awesome from him and I think in the future, well, I don't know if he he says he wants to eventually become a key position prospect, which is probably fair enough at that height. But yeah, I like he's such a damaging weapon for them already, and that draft for Essen and looks like it's gonna be really nice with him and Perkins and Zach Garden there as well. So I think nick cocks will probably take away the rice star war the end of the year, but at the moment I'll probably have to have him just ahead of James Jordan. Bought a skin his teeth. But yeah, the same time John's been awesome. Yeah, those two of the clear front runners for me. Yeah, definitely rate that shout, like with the greatest respect and he's achieved more and he's life than me already. But he is a fucking weird looking bloke. I can't lie. He's just got the most bizarre build. But I'm sure you're like grow into it and get get jacked. But Anyway, time for the all important Australian Boys. I reckon this year we just go our own teams at a time, so it might be a little bit quicker than last time. But I think last time I got a bit confusing because you know someone might be in a halfback line and then that play will be in someone else's fullback line and it was a little bit hard to track. So I think it might be easier if we just go at one of the time and real off the whole team. So it probably will be over pretty pretty fast. So Keep Your ears pee. I'll start us off like I do with my redrafting, so you guys can pick me up on any disgraceful calls. But yeah, I think my team is actually okay this year. I've it's a lot better. Still done it based on my vote. So there are some debatable picks up. I had a rule that you have to have at least a minimum of eight votes to be in contentions. So yeah, there's not like anyone. So I've tried to get positions like I've tried to get wingers, tried to get legit half forwards and forward pockets, but they're not like disgraceful like bill selling. So or are moving into my foot fullback line. I've got Tommy Stewart in a back pocket. It's just been ever reliable, as you always is. Great Distributor of the footy loves, and effective kick and a rebound fifty. Not sure about his defensive capabilities like I'll be honest, don't watched along every week. But yeah, I've got him in there. But I have picked another tool defender because I'm not sure if he is good enough to count as a key defender. So I've gone with Jake Lever, big reason why Melbourne are doing so well this year and have one of the best defenses in the COMP. Him and Steven may have been elite. He has, and bit like Harris Andrews, a really impressive knack to not only lock down a defender but also peel off an intercept balls coming into the fifty and into dangerous spots, which is really key. So here's my full back and then the other back pocket. I know he plays for the worst team in the COMP and the ball is there at all times. So he stats are under the unbelievable Jackson Evil. Obviously everyone knows him as he's been as super coach God this year. But yeah, statistically too good to ignore for me. He is sitting fourteen in my brown low tally. halfbacks. I've got Daniel Rich. He's just he's meat is gained every week. It's just ridiculous. His booming left foot, so every time he kicks it a goes seventy. So yeah, I don't know why any Brisbane player would ever take a set shot from around five sixty when you can just handboard off to rich and he'll kick it for you. And then I've gone with Jordan Ridley, once again similar to Stewart. Bit Hard to know whether he's a legit lockdown defender or more of a distributor, but I've got him in there. Just a very good play affairs and then obviously had a great start to the year and then he's sort of been thrust into a different role in the last few weeks, playing a bit more defensive and actually having an opponent as opposed to just lurking around and getting every kick in that he wants. But yet they had a very good start to the year. Then I've got controversial because he has played a few games forward, but Darcy Moore. I've got him at center half back. He started the season was pretty silly. I think it was those first five weeks. I reckon he almost got five votes for me every week, which is the maximum you can get for me. He's absolutely killed it, although in a bad team. So I know there are some average teams getting selections here, but that's just how we're going to deal with it. All right wingers. This one's controversial right, making his debut all Australian appearance, although it is midseason, pilch's man from Super Coach preseason, former pick one, Jacklococius. He is an if you look at his stats every week he's a freak. I can't lie. I don't...

...fuck watch gold coaster right. It just doesn't happen. But he legit has eight hundred meters a gain, eight hundred meters game every week. So he's going to be one of my wingers. I think he's picked up around ten to eleven votes for them. I think you're sitting second and there being a for me behind took Miller, maybe behind Hugh Greenwood as well, but not sure about that. And then my other winger. He's plays a bit more inside than Lukosius does, but he's still classes a wing A. Mitch Duncan. I know he hasn't played all eleven or twelve games. Depending on I guess. Did you long have the buy? Yeah, I'm pretty sure they did. So gets eleven games for Geelong but still been very, very good. When he has played. I think you maybe came back and around four, around five, and he's been awesome since then. So he's going to be one of my wingers. Then in the middle I've got my captain. That's not giving away my brownlow by the way, but Markus bond to Pelli. He's you know, he's just a freak. Probably top three player in the COMP. Kills it every week for the dogs. He's just one of those players that I love. You can't watch a game without him. You can't watch a game and not see's impact. It's a bit like five. There's a few players like someone like a Jack mccrae, who they get a lot of touch at. Well, Tom Mitchell was probably a better example. Jack and crazy bit stiff there, but you can go watch a Hawthorne Game You might not even notice Tom Mitchell and the impact he has. But bont and Pelly's a bit like a Petrucker, like a fife. He's impact is a very, very noticeable half forward line. This is interesting. I'll be honest, I should not even know this guy plays half forward, but fanfootie has backed me in here and it's Jordan Dawson of the swans. I thought he was a half back but he must have changed roles or something, according to Fan footy. Anyway, he was apparently starting on the half forward flank and about six of their games. So I'll be picking him. He's I think he's winning my Sydney ben F at the moment, which is pretty interesting. But yeah, he's picked up thirteen or fourteen votes to me. He's a free agent next year actually, so very interested to see where he ends up or if Sidney Holding, because I know they're salary cap as always as fairly tight as they do pay everyone a million dollars. But yeah, he's my hard half forward flanker, my other half forward flanker. I'll be honest, I did not know this guy's played as many games as he has and it's still side bottom. I thought he came in like round four or five, but I'm pretty sure around. They missed one game playing for a really bad collingwood team. But out of the forwards he's basically just in there because not many forwards rack up votes for me. So yeah, well, on sidebottom. You don't really deserve it. But anyway, texts and a half forward purely in there because of his first six weeks being incredible, but I guess last week is pretty good as well. I think you'd been most Australian teams. Hopefully boys are got him, otherwise it's a bit awkward. But yeah, I think he's got to be in there, doesn't he's absolute had of great start to the year and then forward pocket. Now I'm not actually picking this boy because a Ford pocket. So don't kill me. He's a midfield up. But you know every AFL team they've rotate midfield is through the forward pocket. will not the forward pocket, but forward. You know what I mean. So my vice captains ain't Danees Orco. I just think in lockey Neel's absence he's gone to another level of all and he's probably in the best form is Korea. I'd have to say him and jarred lions and mccluggage of probably being the most inform midfield in the comp I know the dogs are killing it, I know Melbourne's killing it, but those three are just incredible. So He's my bias captain and he will be rotating into that midfield better believe it. Full forward. Don't know about this one, but Tomahore, he's been good as always. I know he's playing for a great team so it gets a lot of service, but he's just too good to ignore for me. Other Ford pocket, probably my favorite player, and AFEL Toby Green, absolute freak, huge reason why gws are in top eight contention. All their stars have gone down. He has gone down the last month as well, but before that he was just kicking five a week and he was just legit putting the boys on the back. Think it was the game against the bulldogs, potentially in Canbra. Everyone else was just playing fucking shit and he every time he got it he would just kick a goal. Might have been that game. I could be getting mixed up, but there was one of those games and it was just like if without him they're probably losing this by eighty. But yeah, he's a beast. Right then, moving into the rocks, not knew he is my Rockman. I've only gone one rockman. Brody Granny was my number two, but just because Colin would have been so bad this year I've decided to just go o the one. So Nick Nat's the Rackman for me. He can do a hundred percent game time. Then my rovers are liver and Clayton. Oliver Libert might be a rogue shout. He's probably the least talked about dogs midfielder, but I think it's been really, really good for them this year. Always leads their contested possessions and they're clearances pretty much week one week and then yeah, clay and Oliver. Look, don't really need to explain that, right up there in the brownlow odds and he's an absolute freak. And then my bench. It's a bit weird, but it's basically just midfielders, isn't it? Because there's too many to...

...leave out. So Darcy Parrish obviously finally got his cracker inside me and he's been unreal and I don't want to get roasted by our essend and bombs fans who we are mates with if I leave them out. So had to pick him. Had To pick him. PETRARCA, obviously one of Melbourne's most impactful plays. Absolute Freak, no need to really explain more. McRae, just ridiculous how many touches he racks up and I thought he wasn't actually in my team, but then I thought the dogs deserve more than two players, so he's in there on my bench. And then I didn't want to have for midfielders, so I picked a bit of an outside player. Halfback flankd wing our Jaden short. He's think he was Richmond's best and fairest last year and maybe the year before, but he is an absolute beast. As I've said with most of my halfback flankers, loves meet is gained and he's right up there in my votes for Richmond this year. So yeah, I don't think there's anything to rogue in that team. Interested to see how it stacks up with yours, boys, pilch, to want to go through yours. Mate, absolutely mate fullback or fullback line. I've also got Stewart in one of the back pockets, full back a literarlier. This one is rogue ish, but he's been an absolute weapon for us, one of the best defenders in the league this season. The other backpocket, Darcy Moore. was tossing up between him and Luke Ryan and I went with more just because I think he can lockdown key forwards a little bit better than Ryan can. Halfback line. Christian Salem on one of the halfback flanks, also really underrated. It was really good to start the year. has kind of come back down to Earth the last couple of weeks but still been an absolute beast. Harris Andrews sent a half back, pretty solf explanatory, is pretty much the best key defender every season, and then also Daniel rich as the other halfback. Center line. I've got Oli our in the guts. Doesn't need an explanation. Humor cluggage on one wing. I think he's been more inside midfield this season, but we'll put him on the wing. And then the other wing I have chosen a out and out pure wingman. There's not many around these days and obviously these blokes don't rack up the same numbers as the inside mids and they're never going to get picked in an actual Australian team. But got to give my boy Carl aim on a shout here. Compared to all the other pure wingmen in the league, he's been clearly the best in the AFL this season. Ed Langdon a closersh second probably, but his elevated his game to another level this season and would, I would say, being our top five best and fairest pretty easily. Half forward line. I've got on the flanks the to Richmond Boys, Bolton and dusty. Not exactly sure how much time for dusty spent, but he has spent a fair bit and obviously a down year for him, but he's still being a beast. Just comes up with match winning moments most weeks. Sent a half forward. I've also gone Tomahawk. Of snubbed Terry McKay in this team. I just think what Hawkins does in a game of footage is just just outweighs the goals that mcai kicks. It just does way more and you'd rather even based on this season's form, I'd rather Tom Hawkins as my key forward than Harry mccaye. Full forward line. Toby Green, once again probably the best Ford in the COMP. Of his stature at the moment, big Texan full forward, self explanatory. Think he's been the best key in the COMP this season. Used to hate him, but I actually like him now ever since he became a meme. And finally, in the last forward pocket, I've Gone Zach Bailey. Extremely underrated that I think it was this week when he put on an absolute clinic against the day's pressure. ARCS, goals, exposals, setting things up, just everything. blokes an absolute weapon. Their team is absolutely stacked. I honestly think they're a shout of the flag this season. And Yeah, followers gone in the ruck. I'd probably go knick nap second, but another thing that led me to gone he was the fact that Nick Nat can't really play out full games these days because of his knees. And then the bond and parish, as the followers think, our midfield is with the exact same cork, and then interchange. Oli wines just an absolute contested beast. Think he deserves a spot career best season. Took Miller, another underrated midfielder. I was tossing up him, Walsh and merit and went took me like because I like him more. And then I thought I had to get one defender in there,...

...so I got Luke Ryan. Would have been him, or Darcy Moore and then finally petrarker, but trucker and dusty was also a toss up for who got the start, but I think dusty spends more time in the forward line, so put him in there. Yeah, they're enough. They're a very, very good team. Three pool players. So you control of yourself. I'd say that's fair. They are like I could have probably gray and Boak and butters in there, but yeah, would have would have left the podcast by now. You've done it. I'm scared if broady listens to this because no Harry macay or Walsh so far, but he can cop that rolly. What's your teammate already? So, in similar fashion to you boys, I'll kick it off with a thommy Stewart and the back pocket. He's getting to get three from free there. He's obviously unreal for them, just the amount of things he does in a game, you know, whether it's interset marking or, you know, switching the play up or rebounding s. He just does it all really or taken kickouts or whatever. Yeah, at full back I'm going to have Steven May. He's obviously been unreal for Melbourne this year in their defense with Jake Levo. He's going to be the other back pocket. Those two have been a huge rays and why teams can't score huge scores against the day's and then obviously one of the day's end up winning just about all the games this year. So the halfback line. The two flankers, I'm going to have Daniel Reaching Christian Salem, obviously pretty soon. What's your boys made his game and ball use is obviously a huge factor there and both of those two are just about the best in the COMP at it. And Harris Andrews is going to be my stent a half back. He's just absolute freak. We talked about him when we did our redraft of twenty fourteen and you know the fact that blow around. A bloke picked in the SISS come out of that as by far the best player. He's going to be in so many Australians in the years to come. He's an absolute weapon in the midfield but too yeah, obviously he's this is what causes the contrary, she'd be all Australian. But so I'll go. My first wing is going to be human luggage. He's obviously played a bit of it mid inside midfield time this year with blocky neal out, but I'm going to have him on the wing because he's still, I guess, classified as a winger. He's obviously an incredible player. was also the top of his ray draft year and yeah, he's just an absolute supreme user by foot. He's one of those guys that can get twenty on touches but be best on ground, which I think is just about one of the most valuable players in the AFL this year, and also approven goal kicker or point kicker. Jack mccrae is also going to be on the other wing, which is obviously very controversial, but of the midfielders I've got starting on field is probably the most outside. I know he's beat not even an outside player, but you know he's coped winger every year he's made Australia, I think. So he's going to have to live with it. But I haven't got to got to have him on there because not only does he get thirty plus touches every single week, but he actually uses it really well. His possession by foot is elite. Is A type of player I really, really would love to have a say killed. I'd be top five in the camp if I had to choose players to bring in. But yeah, he's an absolutely awesome user of the ball and yeah, a contested bowl freak in the middle. In a settle line down. I'm going to have the bond. Obviously. How many you touched? And he's very, very noticeable every single game plays, especially this year. consuing is not getting tags some reason. But yeah, he's having a career best year and it's a joy to watch really when he's up and firing, because he's just about the best player in the comp yeah, let's continue the controversy here at the half forward flank. On one of them I've got Darcy parishes if he was still playing forward. So we're just going to stick him in there because he's obviously showing how ridiculously good he is in that midfield. So will act if he's starting in the flop forward flank and attending every center bounce in this team. The other flying group got someone similar style and Christen Bertrarker, obviously an attacking midfield of their goal kicker, got those dusty Martin traits and obviously having another really good year showing he's going to be an awesome player for the days, for the years to come. And I'm gonna have Texas and a half forward there. It's yeah, it's funny for someone to have a breakout you and they're just about to retire, but he's well and truly had a break hey here. He's been awesome. So yeah, I'm unfortunately, you know, dropped off a little bit last few weeks, be still into behind mcain a lead for the Colemans. That's really good for him and would have been a head by about ten if he kicks straight on the weekend. For pockets, I've got toby green and Tipper McDonald. Tipping Woody will think he's been awesome for the dons this year. You know, he's pressure and he's just is awesome goal censorround goals is really, really vital for them. And obviously Toby Green, like you, Harry, is one of the my favorite players in the camp. I don't get why, ever, it hates and because the game so much better when he's up and firing and doing his usual things. And Yeah, I'll give a shout out to my Kail. Put...

Him at full forward in this team just because all hawkins has had slightly less goals this year. I think about thirteen or so. So obviously hawkers there's a lot more with the ball and around the ground. But I'll have to give it to Ma Kai here. Just you know. He's obviously averaging over three game and he's just it's what you want from your tall forward. Will let text do Hawkins as job in the rough line of got gone. Obviously just an absolute animal. The HASHMAN was styled head. The two rows going to have Clayton Oliver and and Carroen lines. Obviously Oliver's, you browner contention, having an awesome year. He got obviously heavy criticized. I think it was last year the year before, for I think someone label him is just about a liability. When he's got ball in hand in using him by foot. He's obviously turned all that around and proven them more wrong and he's just an absolute freak. And then drag lines is just, we can week out MR consistent. So yeah, he definitely just as a spot in the starting middle. On the bench, I'm going to go someone we haven't actually mentioned yet but I've really like this year. I've tried to sort of go one defender, two mids at one sort of half forward half bed. So the defender I've gone is actually be Bailey Dale. I think he's been awesome for the dogs. Obviously the dogs are second on the ladder, so you've obviously got to give shine a bit of light on the good plays of the good team. So I think Dale, coming off the halfback line for them this year has been awesome. He's obviously one of the best kicks in the COMP which is really it's just what we all want to see for the halfback flanks. You know, all the best ones have these are late kicks, and he's certainly one of them. And now he's, you know, pretty regularly racking up twenty plus touches and provides good run off that half back. So I think he was too good to leave out. Yeah, in the middle of the sorry, the the midfielders on this bench going to be only wins, obviously contested. Ball Freak for pelage, the big squareheaded man. I can't leave him out. Obviously I was tossing up between him and took Miller, but I think it went to wins because of the success that poured having over the suns. That's obviously a big factor. And the Australian team the other one. I'm going to go with Cam Guthrie. He's obviously had a really good year for the cats' is obviously pretty underrated, but with danger out of that midfield for most of the year and few of the other boys getting injured here and there, Guthrie's band the one that stood out with a few really, really good matches, especially that one, I think it was against Hawthorne. He had about forty plus touches. Is shown that he's a really quality midfielder and that he really shouldn't be over looked too much more and be the shadow of all these go on plays, because he's right up there with the best and probably leading the best and ferrises you. And then I'll have Dane Z ORCO as the last man on that bench, as that sort of half fordsh type of players. Obviously been really good for the lines this year. IRONICLEAN that midfield, but you know, I can see him laying lots of tackles every week and there's obviously got proven scoring potential and yeah, just a really, really good player. So Yeah, if you honorable mentions, I feel bad for these blokes out. Took Miller, I had to shy Bolton in there, but in order to get parish in there I had to take him out. And like the likes of Jacob waitering, Obviously Hawkins live us, Sammy, Welsh Jack Steele and one there was taught that just hasn't even been mentioned this year by anyone's brandon stars of each the lines he's actually been one of the best lockdown plays in the AFL, if not the best. I'd think I've read something where he's kept his opponent every week to like under two goals, of one goal or something ridiculous. But yeah, I'll try and find it after the party or during it, because I looked at those numbers I thought, Holy Shit out of my not seeing this block. But yeah, he's actually proven to be really good player. Not Quite obviously good enough with his other areas of his game, purely just because he's been a really good lockdown player to get into this team. But yeah, I think he's been really good for them and he's a really good honorable mention. Yeah, interestingly, no Sydney players. I adores that. I was it considering they're sixth, but that's kind of the way Sydney are. I guess there's park attempting. He's not been in the top fifteen with you, govern but that there's some good ones. Yeah, rowy mentioned a lot of ones who just missed out for me because my last couple picks were based on the good teams, because I know that the Australian team usually features like three or four of the top three sides. So go through is really close that I went Dunkan and a day. It was close, but I just backed in McRae. So yeah, I've wrote a list of all the team, all the people pillch. Did you have mccrae, by the way? Not left him out. Yeah, so there's a list of eight that made all three teams. Was Stewart Rich, bont, parish, petrarca text, Toby Green and all of us. So I think we did pretty well there, boys. It's pretty solid list. Robley, when you mentioned if I just realize...

...that, but fantasy premier league named like two years ago, it was tipped his tree stump and I was yeah, that the next two minutes you were talking US drive. I was trying to piss myself at the thought of it. But the thought of ticks tree style, that was not two years ago. I was probably back in school. Yeah, that was which it in school. Actually, now I think about it. All right. So I think we've done well there, boys. Not Too much controversy. Hopefully broad he is satisfied that you've picked mccai and doesn't have a crack. But all right, looking at the most improved in brownlows now I'll start us off as I started us off for the Australian. I've got a few here. I've got some that are like high up in my brown low and then I've got some like more value picks would just like dog shit last year and now actually decent. So the the ones who are up there at for my brown low, Darcy Parish and Ben Keys. Obviously Darcy parish will be up there and little Git Brownlow, but Benkis is actually up there for me, partly due to Adelaide not having too many good players. He seems to get three or four votes every time they play well. So he's coming like eight for me and my brown though, and Darcy Parrish's fourth. So yeah, they're two of the most improved. And then others to mention. Aaron Hall. I think at times in the past he's been dropped by North Melbourne, which is saying something. Last year he would hardly even get noticed in games and now he's playing a different role and he's skills are definitely on show. He's always been a very skillful player and he's playing a role that suits that now. So he's definitely up there. And another one is Jack Henry. Definitely mean fil just man. I'm not sure if kyle length did you actual man, but Jack Henry is your man from way back. Maybe used to laugh at his head at all times in his debut season. Bea He's actually decent player now, so can't really can really hate on him. I think there was an if article on the AFL website saying he's in. He'd been miles. The headline was like he should be in everyones all Australian team. So yeah, you must be having a really good year, but shit call from WHO? Yeah, yeah, I don't know, I just sort of the head by, but yeah, Rowley, who's almost improved me. I've got a few, the likes of Bailey daylings one that I included my Australian team. Obviously he started out his career as a pretty damaging goal scorer but sort of faded away and now off the half back he looks very settled. Obviously likes and be kind as well. We mentioned earlier and I trade pup took Miller in that midfield. I think he was already a pretty good player for them, but just things taken his game to the next level. Darcy Parrish is obviously a clear one as well in the absence of she'l and now McGraw and Heppel moving to the back line. Parish has just absolutely become the player we all wanted them to bet and getting rack up some ridiculous numbers text as well. It's obviously a bit funny to say that because he's coming to the twilight of his career, but he's obviously been very good and added a lot more strings from his bow. And Benny keys as well. How of the you mentioned was also having a very good year. I remember even his US his draft here. I think. I'm it was a huge super coach prospect. is an absolutely pall magnet in when he was coming through an eighteen year old, but never really cracked it into that Brisbane team and got de listed. But it was stoked when he got picked up by Adelaid and now he's obviously playing really good foot he's obviously really exciting midfielder, so really loving where his career is headed. and Cj Jif as well for hawks, has been really good for them coming off half back. So yeah, it's really a lot of half back is. I'll obviously the new rules of this year help with that, but it's obviously helped form, or at least advanced the careers of a few of these plays. So I think those are some pretty good standouts. Yeah, shout out the SCRIMM as well. It's actually playing pretty well. But yeah, Ben Ky's I reckon. I don't know how it would impact him if he came back into the side, but I think Matt Crouch is absence is definitely helped him and I think Adelaide might realize that that Crouch is expendable, as keys is probably a replacement that adds more impact of the game and gets just about as many touches and he also has a lot of tackles and pressure acts and stuff. So yeah, great, great shower that one piled. Most improvement. Yep. So if we look at strictly most improved from last season to this season, there's only one man and that's Peter Adams. Jokes Big Textan by an absolutely mile in my kid get fucked. I know the big Textan has produced a similar to level, similar level to this like five years ago when he was a gun, but the bloke was arguably the worst player in the AFL last season and how he's it's numble. It's very ston now he's a number one key for the COMP so that's how I've looked at it and the big text and will be receiving my best and...

...fair are most improved, not best and fairest. Yeah, I love pulse with all my heart, but he was still afel contracted last year, so I will say that. Still comment about the TAP, but now I love him. Pulse. Yeah, into our Brown lows. I actually didn't say my true most improved because he's my brownlow winner. Obviously controversial fashion. It's always got to be controversial with my burdens here up. Well, it was in my Australian and I don't think there were too many ibrow raises there. So we'll go from four to one. So forth Darcy powish. Fourth is Darcy Powers on twenty six votes, and I'll have you know, boys, this year the voting is absolutely wild. Last year the winners of my brown I know it was eighteen rounds, but they had thirty four votes. So these guys are almost better than last year's winners. Paris Twenty Six, bont twenty seven, Clayton Oliver Twenty Nine, and it is actually Tom Liberatore on thirty votes. I think he is pold in just about every single Western bulldogs game purely due to his contested possession and clearance beastness. Basically, basically win so stack categories every week and that is a huge reason why he's up there all so tackling machine. He's played so well. To the point if this isn't an indicator of how well he's played, not saying is the best player in the calm, but an indicator of how well I was played is he's actually started to get tagged the last two weeks so, and that's over someone like Bonton Pelli, which is pretty outrageous. I can't lie. I don't know why people don't tag bond, as you mentioned Roy. I swear when they tagged him in the second half of the weekend he actually went missing. But yeah, I don't know I'd be tagged bond. But yeah, it shows how good liver has been playing. And Yeah, someone who doesn't get any love from the doggies doesn't deserve the Brown low. But yeah, here's my brown load with thirty votes from ten games, so in average, three three votes of the game, which pretty incredible. So, Raley, what's your Brandlo they I'll go with a couple of bikes there. I think few are people would have over Tom Leyberttori. I'll name the two guys I'm very, very thankful in my super coach team because I can't split them really. So Clayton old was another one because obviously been huge for the days. There's obviously a lot of bas you can still votes off him but ye, at the end of the day's probably right up there getting the maximum votes every week. He's just obviously that absolutely animal in the midfield and that game against Adelaide was I think we're talked about it earlier today. How was just one of the best games you've seen by anyone in since stats recorded. Yeah, but yeah, it was crazy and he just showed just how good of a midfielder he is in this elite sport. And the other one is the other top table midfielder and bond. So he's obviously probably just having about a career best season obviously thriving that midfield. It's good to see. Well, obviously not good to see. It's good to see him thriving given the fact that there are a few less blokes we anticipated in there. Obviously I think a lot of us were thinking might get swung forward a lot this year with treloor and Dunkley and everyone else and there. But obviously those two have gone down. So bonds being in their primarily for the whole season, which has been handy for the estheticness of the game to watch bond in there with his raking left boot out of the midfield, but also for everyone's super coach, all those that have him. So it's been awesome. Now those two and I just honestly can't split them. For the Brown I'm going to have him tied at the moment. I mean they've both been awesome. Obviously helps there both in the two best teams of the competent moment. Yeah, I'M gonna have those two. Is My brandlow leaders. Yeah, definitely, definitely good shouts. Just to highlight how cooked that clay in the Olver game. I was looking at the stats before so in a set possessions he had like nine intercept possessions playing inside midfield, like I don't know what he was actually doing, but that's that is like always one by halfbacks who just like like a dusty Moore someone. And Yeah, you just randomly had nine, which is like ridiculous. About in general but let alone for an inside being pilch mate. Who Do you have winning the brownlows? Are Going to be Peter Laddin's or Carl aim on or someone else this year. So I'm kind of clarify. Is this a prediction or is this a WHO I think is leading it right now? So I go with WHO, who you think is like deserves it, like who you think is been the best affairs to this point. Okay, so this point Clayton Oliver. For me. The bonds probably a close second, but Clayton Oliver has gone to another level again, which I did not expect. I thought last year was his peak and that he'd drop, drop back a little bit this season, but he's done a complete opposite, which is here at my super coach team. But yeah, do you reckon he's leading to Brownlow as well at this point? Well, yeah, that's what...

I've yeah, yeah, gus off. It's going to be tough with the truck ring gone, but he's played that well. I reckon he's going to be right up there. I do have to say I think Darcy Parrish is a genuine smoky for the Brownlow, though, just because he plays for Essen and like apart from Zach Merritt. I don't see too many people taking votes off of him and essence of been winning a lot of games. So I think they talked about it. The best range to win the Brownlow is when your team finished between ninth and fourteen. So I know clain, Oliver and bond to the better than a lot of past brownlow winners. But yeah, apparently that's a stat that actually exists. So who knows how Patrick Coops hasn't won it yet, based off that stapp anyway, or we have been going for a little bit, but I reckon. We have a little bit of a chat about super coach and then have a little bit of a chat about round thirteen. Nothing to in depth this week is we are pushing the fifty five minute barrier. But all right, I don't know how you boys went in Subio. To be honest, is feels like a long time ago, even though it's only Wednesday afternoon. Rowy, how's you go? And Super Coach may not good, but I'm looking the long terms. I'm what devastated. I actually I dropped actually over a kne ranks, which obviously is not ideal. I'm all way down to four thousand four hundred and fifty two, but captain ee bought over mccrae helped out in the last game. The round made my score not disgraceful, so I got, I think, about one thousand eight hundred and thirty eight, which obviously is an ideal. But I think I was a bit worse off for these buyers and a few other people are. But I'm a lot better off for the next two weeks and other people are. So, as I said, looking ast the long term and over the next few weeks when people in a scramble to get eighteen, I'm you'll be comfortably have about eighteen to twenty one plays every week and bring in three top top promos of the next two weeks. So while everyone else see me crashing burning, I'll be striking and hopefully rising back up the ranks and up in the League's I think I'm being shafted. I think it a few of my legs. I'm actually seeing like ten and on third most of points scored. So I'm a bit filthy about that. But yeah, the next few weeks, after next week I only have one on field rookie. He'll be Colman Jones, but I'll also have cody on the bench. I'll be able to just loop hole them for a while, hopefully, but everyone else will be above for eighty five hundred k. So yeah, it get choose my time to strike his near and yeah, in terms of the players on the weekends, I mean Bianco was obviously I went awak early on him and he was obviously pretty good. Another seventy. So he'll be colored for the rest of the year. Later. Murphy, on the other handles and ideal played forward. What was that about? Yeah, I don't know. Yeah, but definitely did hurt. But Luckily Poulter as well, the other collingwood rookie, did really well. But KALIE ORKINS is one. This is he's just not even a good player. He's disposal uses actually really, really shit. I don't know if you guys have noticed, but, like you know, you get the bowl code orkins and because he's been on my field for a little bit now cheering, he's got he's got it. But then he's just does his awful shanks or just overcooks a round the cooks hand passes or kicks and later on the Games he's not as not a lot of gut running it's a lot of just sort of jogging. And Yeah, that was an ideal of twenty seven from him. He dished up. And then obviously Chad water of thirty nine. So there are a few disgraceful scores in there. And then Isaac Heney, who was I risked it with him a whole backfired this week. So I was I was always going to go him and then I sort of saw the man call Langford, but I thought I was going to stick to what I've been planning for the last few days. Obviously, in hindsight should have gone Langford over him. But yeah, the end the day, hopefully can just stay fit, but if he doesn't, I'm still have cody weightman who'll be a pretty solid bench cover for him if he goes down at all during it the rest of the year. But yeah, wasn't the best week but, as I said, I'm going to be planning to strike over the next these next few weeks and just after the buyer. So got a long term focus in hand. Yeah, with the greatest suspect was fucking pumped with Haney School. As a non own, I know a lot of people jumped on so peeled. You went very aggressive this week. Mate, how'd you go? Yeah, so I traded into premiums who were on their Bot eyes last week, which was an unheard of strategy, and I started off really well. I think I had for truck are all my early round players were just going off, and then it kind of died out and I ended up scoring one thousand nineteen four or something. Dropped five hundred spots to about three thousand. But same with you, are rowy. I'm looking really good for the next two weeks. I had about seven premos either injured or on the by last week, so I'm expecting some big rank increases. And after trades this week I've got one more upgrade left, with eight trades...

...so and that is common Jones and Weightman, who I can loophole for a bit. But having said that, my premiums are pretty shit. I've got like Chare, our CRIPS, Parker in peace, just some shit names. So I need to use a few of those eight trades to get them up to you can go three's and all that, but I think I'll be right, still back in in the top thousand finish. And I've actually traded in Houston, Robbie Gray and both this week. So probably, probably, actually not backing in the top one K finish, but we'll see how it goes. Yeah, fair enough, their enough. Definitely no common feature between those three players, but yeah, by week is pretty cooked at this point. I was have a bad team, so I can't really complain. But how had a Hunter Clark Give Me Twenty one points? You luck like it is expectedly two seven exact, a minimum of like sixty or seventy, but twenty one. I thought he was pushing it a little bit. And then I had high more. Obviously I wasn't. He came as medical sub so I wasn't even expecting him to be best eighteen, but he had seventeen and ruined his cash generation, which was nice. And yet had murphy as well as you boys. Not sure what he was doing for. He actually looks like a good player, like he has a real crack at any position he tries, but what the position he was playing was just not super coach friendly. So yeah, that wasn't fun. Also had Collie Dorkin, so two of those four scores counted. That's not a good start. Then also had five give me seveny odd, which was an ideal and yeah, just it just wasn't a great week. The rest of my team did pretty well, to be honest. Most other premiums went large. Had A tracy or treacy. How you're going to say he got gave me eighty eight. Robertson and POLTER did well on my field. So yeah, it was just those bottom two or three scores that let me down, and also my captaincy. I shirked it. The Grundy score from the week before scarred me, to be honest. So going into Friday night I had put it on Zorco very, unique selection from me, but I put it on Zorco and I thought so. My prediction for bond was a hundred thirty six points. I said I'll give myself ten point leeway. So like, if Zorko gets a hundred and twenty five or below, I'll go bond. If he get two hundred twenty six or above, I'll go zorco. He got a hundred and twenty two and I bitched it. I was just like not after Grundy, after grunny getting seventy is my captain. I will take on and twenty two and then bond when score hundred forty nine. So that wouldn't have saved my week by any means. But yeah, that obviously hurt, throwing away thirty odd points. But yeah, it wasn't a fun week. When up my usual to K, as I have done the last eight weeks, I think. So just going up to k every week. At this point I'll say in a peach earlier in the week I think I could score a thousand or three thousand and I'll still go up to K. was pretty annoyed head toohead though, I played the second worst person in our league and he goes and gets the second top score. So I was pretty pissed off about that. But Anyway, as you as you can probably tell, I haven't actually thought about my trades this week because I've got an exam on Friday, so going to do it after that. But we'll see how I go. Should be all right as a good plan for the buyers for the last month or five weeks. So should be okay in terms of play coverage. Hopefully, hopefully, barry comes back from his concussion, otherwise that won't be ideal. But yeah, we'll see how I go. But Yeah, not a fun that week in Suer coach for any of us. By the sounds, but it looks like will be all right in the next two weeks or right looking forward at round thirteen. I'll be honest, I haven't written down any notes. I've just got the sports bet tab open and I'll just be looking at based off that rowy. Do you have any shore bets or upsets you and talk about, or you just want to generally talk about some games this week? I think a couple of short bets. Probably the Swan's over the hawks. I think they'll probably be good, too good there. Weren't at their absolute best against the saints on the weekend. Sign they'll bounce back and just kill the hawks. Apart from that, maybe the days against the pies. But in saying that, the pies could be fired up after Buckley's announcement today, so you never know. But I still going to back the days in there. But yeah, apart from that, should be a good weekend of Footy, if you close games kicking it off tomorrow and I will be porch along, so haven't make sure you do your trades before that game actually, or at least people to make sure those plays is yeah, fixed up there. But yeah, part from that, hopefully some good games like will likes of. You know, I think last year was it. There was the worst quarter of football we've ever seen. The thing was I was free. I Adelaide wasn't, not not for your Gold Coast, but that I'm pencilly in full fifteen, sitting on my couch with big thing of chips in a couple of Beers and going to watch matt rowl's return. I kind of wait to see that man...

...play. It'll be the highlight of the day. Obviously not saying Kilda Adelaide, but yeah, I think then the following day, hopefully back in a few super coach players. That north Jeta worst game. Will have a fair few in there. And then West Coast, which I think we'll be very interesting game at optos, whether the eagles can bounce back from their previous it's obviously got the win last week, but their previous ifs and Butts, and whether Richmond can obviously go one better from that performance on the weekend. Yeah, he will be a really good weekend of footy coming up. Obviously that extra game, given the Richmond West Coast game was moved forward, but yeah, looking forward to it. Yeah, I actually I was looking at some short bets before we came on here. I'm actually a bit scared with the short bets because, look, Melbourne and Sydney should win and at this point I should just start to back in Melbourne every week. But collingwood, if you actually look at their last three games, they would even been bad. Like they played pretty well against Adelaide as an underdog. Than they only lost it along by ten and lost to port by one. So recent form suggest there not even playing that bad and they look pretty good against Adelaide. Like Jamie Elliott when he came back. They seem to be a different team. He played so well. He's always been one of my favorite players to watch. I reckon and then haught Sydney. That would be Hawthorne, but I don't know. I'm always scared to tip against Alis to Clarkson. He's had a week with the bye to concoct some sort of plan to beat Sydney. So who knows what they'll come out with, but realistic great, and they have enough good place to get it done. Upset of the week. If I had to back an upset, it would probably be west coast over Richmond could be rogue, but it's west coasted optics. So that's basically there in the reason, and they have some players coming back. So that's probably about it. But Yeah, looking forward to it. Should be a good round of footie. And Yeah, I actually did forget that there's enough footy piled reminder me before. So I'll really unfortunately have to do my Super Co tries, which I'm very pumpedful. But yeah, so we'll see how that goes, Pielach, any anything you want to mention about this week? Do you boys have the odds up right now? Yeah, can we do like a can we can? We do like a quick fire line? Just we all just quick fire our lines for every game. I tell me to read them outside. We're going driving to read them. A readom out and we'll all go at okay, so the port line is so port of the favorites. The line is three and a half. So basically I'm I'm going to skip that one. I'll go. I'll actually go to actually, yeah, I can us to each along. Yeah, I'll be on it. I fit. Yeah, they have a really bad starts coming off the bar, but like they've lost. Yeah, that's true, that's right. But yeah, I don't know. That's very tough. I might go pored as well. Why not? Sydney Hawthorne? The line is thirty one and a half. I'm going Hawthorne. I hate these ones and always get them wrong. Ballgar Sydney. I'M gonna I'll go hawks. Yeah, back hawks to make it close. Free Gold Coast. The line is are up, so cheers for that sports bet. Thank you to Adelaide. It's one and a half. So it's basically just head to head or this is a real tough one to tip, but I'm probably going to back in the saying as yeah, I'm going saying as well, I'm back and crows, because we don't even know if, because we can, we can field our emergencies this week. Apparently we've literally we drifted this this this kid who's like at all for but he's really raw and he was going to play a bit of sandful while we just sort of did our stuff as a club, and we've just had we've had to fly might because he might have to be named as an emergency or even play without desperate. So we might actually have to name a an injured player. Is One of our emergencies with that Cook. So we given the fact we might be having been long and Paul Hunter playing and going to go to the crows. Yeah, so wait. So that's an extend of benches for the Saturday teams on Thursday. Yeah, so the extended bench the Sunday teams is on Thursday. Yeah, and then flyday don't come out. They'll be fine wise Friday. So the only thing you won't know is who from that extended bench on Sunday is in the final teams. Can Yea until after the Port Chong game. Oh Yeah, I forget. That's normal Thursday foot. He doesn't change it. Just brings forward the Thursday game till Wednesday or next one that we have. North gws line is twenty four and a half actually less than the city Hallthorne one or that. I'll go gws. And is this sort of neutral venue as old not? I don't know what it could have been. I think it is on eage because north. Okay, is...

...it in Tasi thought, as he's Tassi. That's that's what I said. I'm still going to win. I'm still going giant. I'M gonna back in North here. Yeah, I reckon the giants. The type of team that can get upset by a younger, obviously worst team we saw the last year against Adelaid. I thank you. cooed first, well, second, first or second loss to them. Yes, I'm going to back in north of the line here. That's true. That's true. I'm going to be one of the extremes, though. Either they full upset them or gws blowout. Yeah, yeah, I'm scared the buyers ruined it. Os is momentum that green's meant to be back in. So I'll go gws. And then West. The other game on Sunday, West Coast Richmond. It's actually been played at hundred and twenty. Jesus Christ, though, in Perth. Yep, in Perth, line is six and a half. Richmond's favor. Richmond. I'm going to go west coast. West Coast. Have a handy this the six point five, right, yeah, yeah, yeah, I'm going West Coast. Yeah, I said upside the week West Coast. I don't know if I actually tip it, but what yeah, why not? And then Queen's birthday, Melbourne Collingwood. The line is twenty eight and a half. I'm back in the pies to cover that. Well, that's awesome. That's how are because ye by spies always make it close, but Melbourne the best team in the calm and they always kick away. I'll go Melbourne. All right. Actually, don't mind that pill to sold segment. Could could make that a weekly thing. So well then, make good quick thinking. But yeah, that brings us to a close here. It's been a long episode, very good stuff from us. So I think this is pretty close to a ten. Rolly, not sure. But what else? Maybe maybe the episode where we cut loose and just, you know, rip players and people sures. Oh Yeah, yeah, that could be the perfect ten. Yeah, so wait for that one. That might have to come with the disclaimer. But yeah, I'll get. I'll get make sure we're up in about spir yeah, we'll do that. But yeah, basically we've covered everything footy. I reckon. So enjoy the rest of your week. To people in Melbourn, well done getting through another lockdown. Hopefully stay safe. I'm apparently there's a covid case in sunshine coast from the Melbourne. Could be a coopie peanut. Also Bay has gone from Melbourne to Sunshoe Co Scooby, but not sure. So who knows if they'll be footy in Queensland. What's happening is only one case, but just got that notification mid recording. But yeah, appreciated as always. Boys, been a good episode. Proud of myself for not picking an outrageous all Australian team. shoutouts to Jackal koshes and we'll see you guys next week. Go port go saints, go the Blues,.
