2021 NRL Round 25 & Young Team of the Year | Rugby League

ABOUT THIS EPISODE

In the final episode of the regular season, I touch on all there is to touch on in the world of rugby league. A best 17 of players born in 1997 or later sandwiched between a Round 24 Review and a Round 25 Preview makes for some beautiful viewing/listening pleasure.

I'm taking part in the Mullets for Mental Health campaign by the Black Dog Institute. Mental Health is such an important issue especially in trying times like this. Any donation would be greatly appreciated, donate: https://www.teamblackdog.org.au/fundraiser/squadrantmullets

Welcome back to the on the ballpodcast, another episode of the greatest show going round, and we're here forthe final regular season episode, I guess last. Next week will be reviewingthe final week of the regular season, but this is the first, thelast, you know, regular season preview, and then it's finals time, baby. So let's go. This week usual staff review preview, and we'realso going to be doing something a little bit different in the middle. beentrying to spice it up a bit more in the middle to make a moreengaging and more interesting and less just like analytical review preview. I like tothink of some interesting concepts to do in the middle. So this week theAFL have their twenty two under twenty two team where they pick a an AFLteam is twenty two players, if you didn't know, and so they picktwenty two players under the age of twenty two. So I've tried to thinkof something and are all related. Couldn't really think of like a number thingthat works. Well, we'll like that. The Best I could come up withseventeen under ninety seven, like seven under nine seven. So I've gonewith people born in one thousand nine hundred and ninety seven or younger. Soit's pretty much just like a best youth team. I didn't know what ageto pick. I probably could have gone younger because this is a very goodteam and it made it very hard dislect. If I went younger it would havebeen a bit more interesting, I think, but who knows, wecould do that in the future. Also excited. In the next couple weeksI'll be doing my Nur old top fifty, top a hundred. I'm still notsure how many players, but the NFL do the thing at the endof each season where they announced the top hundred players and I'm going to bedoing my own version of that in both and our L and AFL, whichI'm excited for. But before we get into that good stuff, we willbe talking about and are around twenty four game by Games, and Newcastle GoldCoast was the Thursday night game. Huge match in terms of finals the nightsone by one point. I have to...

...say it was a pretty low qualitygame. There was a lot at stake and I think that might have loweredthe quality because the intensity was higher. There's a lot of pressure, though. One really wanted to give an inch so the like. Normally that resultsin great games, but in this situation it wasn't the greatest game footy.Newcastle just aren't playing good footy at the moment and the Times really inconsistent andunfortunate. They didn't play great footy themselves. I was going for the titans hard. Thought they were going to win nights one by one. Point PCstill got it in terms of finishing off games and the night sealed their spotin seventh and the Times now looking outside chance of finishing in the top eight. I'll talk about true, I think it's going to make the eight ina little bit. But yeah, disappointing from the Titans, they are ateam that's good enough to make finals, and the fact that the sharks areraiders who haven't been playing good footy all year who, I would say thetimes, have been better than for most of the year. If they missout to finals on them, I think they would be pretty filthy with themselvesbecause I don't think they've made finals in a few years. They I feellike the name one, maybe two thousand eighteen, two thousand and seventeen, can't remember. But yeah, so that was disappointed for the times, butgood win from the nights. Like we sort of don't get around them, but like a wins of win and they're just getting the job done in everygame they're playing. It's going to get it's put them as spot in September. And who knows? Once you that, once you you need a ticket todance at the ball. Is that saying you need a ticket to winthe lottery? Something like that. They've bought they've given themselves a chance. What I'm trying to say? That means into Friday afternoons, early game, another game with huge top eight implications. The warriors up against Canbra and thiswas a really, really good game of footy. The warriors, just Ay, they playing this time side almost every second week because of You Zealand time. So but be they make it really interesting, they make games good. All their games seem to come down to...

...the last five minutes. You wouldnot want to be a warrior's Fan. But yeah, they got run overthe top by camera. And the school line of two sixteen is flattering tothe Canbra because they scored a tryould like the last play and they had scoreda go ahead try with like two minutes left. So realistically I think itwas like eighteen sixteen with five minutes to go to Cambra or something like that. So yeah, it's a really, really good game. Went right downto the why ultimately the CAM canberraiter sort of just won the game in themiddle. I know tarp and he had a really good game. Sort oftesting my memory a little bit there, but Shan's at fullback. He Matsuch a big difference. I remember Simmonson was having a lot of trouble underthe high ball, ended up injuring his quarter, I believe, and hegot taken off rap and I went wing. Chance came on at fullback and allof a sudden the game just switch for the raiders and that was reallythe turning point. Chances Absolute freaking although I've been critical of Ricky Stewart thisyear, and I think everyone should be, then almost missing out in finals isnot good enough for that team who's, you know, in a premiership window. I know they've lost their halfback and stuff this year, but thefact that they've mischance, I think, is not talked about about enough. If like param is guth or something, you know, there would be alot of people saying well, fair enough, they're not don't have their full back, but chance is that good for the raiders and I think he's definitelyan underrated player and has a huge impact on that team. So yeah, that's huge for the raiders and they're right in the mix for the eight.Unfortunately they've got the roosters this week. I think I'll get to the previoussex. I won't worry to lunge about the finals implication. But that ledto the most dramatic game of the season, the traditional rivalry, I guess youcould say, the roosters versus the Rabbit Oh's east versus south. Southwon the game very convincingly. We thought...

...they were going to win. TheRooster's injury toll was sort of it a peak this game. I don't thinkthey've had more out all season. But unfortunately the big headlines wasn't the actualfootball on the park. It was the the treill incident and I don't reallywant to go into it too much. It's now Wednesdayn recording this. It'salmost a full week past it. I'm sure everyone seen it. Everyone's gottheir own opinions. I don't really feel the need to talk about it.He got six weeks, which I think is what he deserved. It's disappointingfor everyone. I think souse really well, he's really shot souse in the foot. If I was like Adam Reynolds or Danga guy leaving player, I'dbe really pissed off right now, or Wayne Bennett if he leaves, becausethis look like their best chance to win a final, especially the ensuing resultsof the storm the seagulls later on the weekend. And Yeah, it's reallydisappointing. I felt really bad for the riches as well because they lose anotherplay out. But yeah, it was just really shit outs from the trailand the fact that, like, I don't know what disappointed me is,yes, he made a mistake. It was a really disgusting hit. Hegets six weeks. All good, and I know he was emotional and hewas like fired up, but after it like he was still losing the plot. I know the rooster's Place of going after him, but like when hethrew the ball down at Fletcher Baker, people saying he did and hid him, but it's like yeah, but even if you're like passionately throwing the bulldown, you have time to see there's someone's head there. You can throwit a little bit further away but again, that was just shit. It waspretty crazy the reports that came out about warrior hard graves and Radley onthe sideline lipping him off. That would have been crazy to see if thatescalated further. All I can say is Rus's Drabados next year could be very, very interesting and that's definitely one to mark down the calendar, especially ifthe roosters have a full team by then, because that, yeah, that couldbe awesome, hopefully. Wonder when they'll put it. They would usuallyplay each other twice, so I'll be...

...pretty early on in the tournament,in the season, you'd guess. But yeah, that's going to be prettyfiery. One Er. Well, I'm pretty sure Mary's like made up ofthe trail something, but yeah, just it's just pour from the trail.Like I did lose a bit of respect from in the blues after the origin. He said like I just they'll talk about the DANGAG. I think he'slike I don't respect the opposition, which for me that's not the right attitude. I'm a sportsman, I've played at a fairly high level and I'm notthe most competitive people, so that's probably why I'm not a professional sportsman. But I think you can still respect your opposition and I think the treill sortof needs to learn that balance between playing aggressively but still respecting them because atthe end of the day they're just like human beings, like everyone else. And I know he didn't mean to smash his face in but fortunately that's whathe's done. So yeah, I'm just going to leave it it there.I thought Robbo's press conference is really powerful. I thought he's comments about the bunklewere all fair enough. They got fine Fortyzero, which, look,I don't know if I agree with it as a podcast. The Hello Sportpodcast I listened to mentioned Rio Tinto got fined Fiftyzero for blowing up into thesecaves, and the roosters get find fortyzero for chat and Shit about a bunkerrefereeing system, which is a bit of a gag, but the our unfortunately, that's just the rules and they were willing to do it to take astand, which I think pretty honorable from the roosters. And then that movesus into Saturday afternoon, which this actually turned out to be a good gameof footy. I wasn't that excited for it, but the dragons cowboys. The dragons look they were just look like they were just going to grind overa when they actually tip the cowboys and they came steaming home. I thinkit was the fifteen minutes after halftime. Could be a mistaken there, butthey scored about four tries and eight minutes or something was crazy. They justkept scoring long range efforts. Halom Lukey, he was cutting shapes on that edge. Hammer was flexing his pace all over the all over the joint, and for a team that's coming second,...

...last, third last, like itwas pretty positive showing and fans could be buoyed by performance like that. I'llbe you're really disappointing from the dragons. They're giving opportunity to the to theiryouth, which is really important. They're in aging team. But yeah, they still look a long way off, even though they're like a win outsidethe gate. They look a long way off. Then that let us intoCoronella Brisbane. This was just a game where chronolog just have to tick thebox. Didn't matter how they played, they just had to get the jobdone. Brisbane are a tricky team at the moment to play and the shark, he's got the job done. Brisbane valiant effort, but the shark's toogood. Want to buy eight points. Mills playing well again, which isgood to see. Brisbane actually a really exciting team. So fair play toKevy. Sort of change that. They were really, really boring team towatch last year. I know they were worse, but the brand of footythey're playing right now is not a bad to watch at all. Then thatlet us into the shock of the round, shock of the season, you'd haveto say power and got awful form beating the storm. Look, noone really saw this coming. People will say they would do and stuff likethat, but still no one thought like I thought it was going to beclose. I predicted power to cover the line, but never thought in thatmy wildest dreams I would win. I'll talk about in a little bit mypower rankings, but I do believe people are going a little bit hot onpower. Like I don't want to tarnish their victory, but I don't thinkit's like putting them right up in the premiership picture yet. For me,I think Melbourne played poorly and paramatter or a team at or a team,if you played poorly against them, they'll punish you because they just grind upthat middle but yeah, and finals you'd expect everyone to be playing better footingthan what Melbourne did. So I don't think power right in the premiership pitcheryet. But it was a positive sign and they fought really hard and wonthat middle battle, which they could do against a lot of teams in thetop who may not have the greatest packs going round. Then that led usinto manly Canterbury on the Sunday. Although...

...this was actually a good game,I think once again the school line was flattering in the favor of manly, thirty six to eighteen. The big news coming out of this was sort oflike the hairpool penalty. Think it was overrated, but I think like,I don't know, I don't really care if it's a penalty or not. It's a dog act. But yeah, I listened to Graham mannestly on Mondayand what he said was kind of true about it, like it's it isa penalty, it's in the rules. But and then ruving garrick broke therecord first player to ever score twenty tries kick a hundred goals and he's alsoeh short of the regular season record for points scored. So that's one tolook out for this round. That's a very impressive record. Sorry, backto that Melbourne Gam I sort of jumped over that a bit quick bellmy look. Unfortunately they've sort of left it a bit late, but they really haven'tfound the perfect mix since they've all been back. The playmakers think grant andshe starting didn't work. I don't think they can do that moving forward. And Yeah, hands off the bench. It's going to be interesting one tosee what he does next week, not this week, because this week he'sresting players. But yeah, he's got some really, really big choices tomake. I've heard call saying Nicko hines should start Papinas and should be outof the team completely. I've heard call saying how I should drop off thebench. So yeah, it's going to be really interesting to see what Bellamydoes because right now it's not working for him. But he's the best coach, one of the best coaches of all time for a reason. And thenfinally, penrith, the versus the tigs finish off the round better than Ithought I was expecting at thirty point loss. We lost by fourteen points. I'ma Tigers Fan, if you didn't know, and it was a goodeffort. Fought hard, which I haven't been able to say on many occasionsthis year. Penrith to classy in the end. Didn't think they played thatgreat none, they think. Clearly had a lot of errors in him.But yeah, penrith too big for us, which is something we've got to improve. We have some big middles now but still on the edge. Wereally struggle to contain big back rolls like...

...kick out and that's going to besomething to like Tupernove. Struggle with him in the past as well. Soso that's something we've got an address. And Yeah, there was positive signsthere for the tags, but like losing to by to Penrith by fourteen. You'll take that any day. But yeah, penrith one of the few teams tohave a somewhat convincing win over the weekend, which was good for them. That moves us into the power rankings. Rather than doing a pretty good topeight now for the rest of the year I'll be doing power rankings.Obviously the top paid there's not much discussion now, so I'll be doing itlike who I think looks the best right now, basically who I think isthe best chance winning the premiership, that sort of thing. So number one, I still got the storm. I'm not that determined by their loss onSaturday night. I just think if you look at their twenty four round seasonas a whole, they've still been the best team by quite some margin andone or two bad performances in the last month is not going to put meoff that. So I still trust Craig Bell me to find the right mixbetween the playmakers and I still trust that they'll be fit in firing come thelatter stages of finals. I've got panthers in number two. They probably lookthe best out of these teams on the weekend. Oh, I guess therabbits look good, but you know that was no I was really watching thefooty on that game after halftime. Yeah, Penrith, I think they're really onlyhit like full fitness now. Toto's back, Pang guys playing, sothey're really dangerous. I don't I just can't picture them winning the premiership, but I think they've got a lot less pressure on them this year I thought. I think last year because they sort of came in as the underdog.Everyone was like obsessed with them and everyone was sort of really writing them through. They had that wind streak where now I think a lot of people aretalking about turbo. The now going to talk about the rabbitos without the trailparamount of sort of stollins and headlines. This week storm obviously get headlines. So I think the pressures shared a lot more across the top five. Butthe panthers are definitely, I think,...

...a bit of a smokey right now. Now that's weird saying to a team coming in second and with the chanceof the minor premiership this weekend, but I'll say it. Number three,I've got manly. Manly a really good and they're dangerous team. They couldput fifty on about anyone. But, as we saw on Saturday night,it's like good to be a really expansive team. But ultimately it's important tohave good middles and I'm not sure manly have the middles. What it like. Their middles have what it takes. If you go what I mean, when storm of fully fit and you have the likes of Nelson Camera, CamethWelch Cheese, I think there might be a little bit too much for manly. But when you've got turbo, when you got Cherry Evans. When yougot shooster, anything's possible. So yeah, manly are definitely the wild card teamfor I've got the RABBITOS. I don't think the Latrell injury actually changedthem in this order for me, but it's definitely lower their chances a lot. I didn't think they are much chance with him. I think they're nextto no chance without him. To be honest. Play Taffy's going to beplaying there, which I'm happy they're doing, instead of like Cody Walker at fullbackor something. I think it's just good to give it to the youthwho's an actual fullback or has played a lot of full back in the past. So he's going to be exciting to watch. And yet that's going tobe something to watch this week how Taffy goes. And I'm a five.I've got the roosters. I was going to put them below power, butI think they're getting a lot of players back this weekend and by finals theymight be a different team to what they were on the weekend and they've stillgot the big game experience. They've got Tedesco, so I don't think youcan sleep on the roosters power. Amount of fans probably going to be annoyedthis, but I've got them minute sixth. I know they've beat in Melbourne onthe weekend but like the last eight weeks, have been average and onegood performance isn't going to change the way I see them. Really. Ijust don't think they have the points in...

...them to win a lot of thesegames. Their goal and defense is incredible and that's going to be something reallychallenging for these teams that come come against them in finals. But yet powerfor me number six and number seven nights I've only got. They would probablybe number ten for me. I'm only doing the teams who can make finals, but they are locked in finals, so their number seven. For meI've got the shark. He's in a number eight. The bottom three teamsis basically just but order likelihood, I think, of making the finals. So the sharkies are an eight. I think they'll lose this week to thestorm, but their goal different. I think the times have to beat likethere's about a thirty point difference. The Times have to make up and pointsdifferential. So I'll give the advantage to the sharks and I've got the timesin at nine because they're playing the warriors. Then I've got the raiders in itlast. Their points difference is pretty lower and they've got to beat theroosters, which will be a tough challenge this week. All right, timefor my or just before I get into my seventeen under one seven, othernine seven, I'll call that now. It's just not a a catchy, catchy tight anyway. But if you you the reason I've got a hectic mulletgoing on is I am a part of the team doing the mullets for mentalhealth with the Black Dog Institute. So I'll be leaving a donation link inmy social media and in the description of this video and episode. So feelfree to, if you can go, donate to that. It's a goodcause, especially in these tough times of blockdown, as a lot of peoplestruggling, so I'd be greatly appreciated. All right, time for the seventeenhundred and ninety seven foot a minimum of twelve games in the AFL do aminimum of twelve. They ever less lesson let's games in the season a bitwith like origin and stuff. I thought I'll just do twelve as well.Right, number one, I've got the trail Mitchell. The fullbacks, whatwas probably the hardest. There was will Kennedy, Kalm, Ponger, reeseWelsh some of the other best selections,...

...but I've stuckled the trail. I'mdoing it mainly based on this season. It's hard to exclude some bias basedon history, but I'm trying to just do this season and I think thetroll's been the best. Ponger definitely not being his best this year. ReatheWelsh has been really good but I don't think he's been at the level ofthe trail who's just been a very, very consistent play this season. Whenhe's been on the park, killed it for New South Wales, obviously inthe different position, but for me it's Theatrell. The wings, I haveJason Sabb and Brian Toto, the perfect wing combination. For me you gota meter reader and tot or try scoring machine and SOB so. For methere was a nobrainer, garrick and too lunging would probably the other two Iconsidered. Centers. I've got Morgan Harper and Remi Smith, two of thebest centers in the competition right now. Her Be fun worth and Brad Parkwas stiff to miss out. But for me Morgan Harper has just been incrediblesince he's been found by the sea. Was Pretty much and remiss. Iknow he's playing in a favorable position at the storm but he's scoring a lotof tries, very good defensively as well. So yet for me is a musthave. Then in the six and seven, I could have gone controversialbut I didn't think there was much conversation Lui and clear it's got to bethe New South Wales halves in my opinion. Actually now he's probably still going togo monster in the Australian team, but pretty close to the Australian sixand seven. So yeah, you got to go them. I was temptedto go do you over Lui. I think do. He's been very underratedthis year. Incredible player, but I think Jerome's first half of the seasonsort of being forgotten. It was very, very good in the front row.I've got payinhas and Tanniel per Seca. The front rows definitely a weakness inthis team. I guess it's because players sort of take a bit longerto progress into like real first graders in the front row. So there wasn'tweren't too many actually eligible, so panhass...

...and PERSECCA. For me, readMarnie. At the hooking position, the big battle there was with Blake Brayley. I think Blake, but Blake Brayley, sorry, is really good. ButI think read Marney. Almost played himself into a Queensland Jersey if itwasn't for injury. So he had a really good season. Back row. This was a tough one. Lot of good options here, but I wentwith David for feder and Josh Shust for feed. Has Been Hit and missedat times, but the amount of tries he scored, the amount of gamesis arguably one off his own back. You got to pick him. Andshe's just been incredible. For me all the Katuns. TUPERNEA very, veryunlucky to miss out and Blake Lorie was also stiff to miss out of aheadof the Seca. In the lock position, I've Gone Cameron Murray. This wasn'tmuch of a choice for me. I think Mary's the obvious option. In Fourteen, I've actually picked a hooker, but I've gone with the specialist benchhooker because I believe he is one of the Best Hook is in thegame, but because he is in a not a myth team, but ateam that doesn't have a big medium market, and he comes off the bench.I think he gets overlooked. And that's Tommy starling. I think whenhe comes off the bench for Canbra they look like a top four team. When he's off they look like at bottom four team. So yeah, Ithink Tom Starling's incredible. Isaiah Papoli is another one I've got on there.Pretty unlucky not to get picked, to be honest, but his flexibility inthe front row, lock second row, I think he's a must have therefor me. Incredible season by the year. And then I've got lea Martin's well, similar to PAPALLII. Very flexible. Can play back row, can playfront row, very very good player. Arguably got an even better from lastyear where he was awesome for pen ruth and he's played a lot ofbench this year with kick Ol and Cape well being in the rotation. Butwherever he plays he's awesome. and then a number seventeen. I've actually gonea utility. I've got that Burton. Controversial, but his ability to playcenter, five, eight, halfback,...

...probably play wing, could probably probablyplay fullback. I think he adds very good flexibility to this team. Stiff, I like reese, Welsh on pomer button. Yeah, I think Burtonjust adds a different dimension to the team. so that's my seventeen players born inone thousand nine hundred and ninety seven or younger. Let me know yoursin the comments or if any of my selections were average. It was abit of a rush but I enjoyed making it. Will be looking to domore stuff like that in the future. Right the round twenty five review thefinal regular season, our preview sor the final regular season preview of the season. First Game we've got the raiders up against the rooster's out in macay.Changes are nickel clocks. That will kluck star. So we'll start his firstgame of the season. Actually, that's an absolute guess. He could havestarted round one. He might have actually rapper our to the wing Warrior HighGraves Qure and Josh Morris, and that you could I all schedule to return. Obviously, Joey Marnu out. The roosters are only just favorites in thisthe lines two and a half and I will be honest, I'll be snappingthat up. I'm taking rooster's head to head. Roosters at the line.I think we saw it against the dragons. The roosters they're still very good teamand can put on points against anyone. So, even though the raiders havea lot to play for with the spot in the eight on the offthing offering that's not English, but I'll take the roosters at the line andthe roosters it headtohead. That moves us into Friday six o'clock Melbourne with likethey're only Friday six o'clock game. I swear up against the SHARKY'S MOIL andswops of metcalf on the bench. So metcalf will now come off the bench, Nelson us off of the Solomona Delphin, who could, and George Jennings allscheduled to return from injury for the storm, Harry grants bench and forthe cheese and Melbourne have rested a lot...

...of players. I'm not going toread out the people who've been rested or for any team. Are the linesnine and a half. I'm actually going to take it and I'm going totake them head to head. I think it's a generous line and I knowthe sharks have been in good form and similar to the raiders. They havea lot to play for, but I think Melbourne make a bit of astatement and bounce back even without some of their best players. Could be arisky play, but it's Craig Bellamy. That's my main reasoning. paramatter ofUS is penrith. My Lines Panthers minus twenty eight and a half. Notreally any changes for the panthers power arresting a lot of players. I'm goingto have to take power at the line, but it'll be taking the panther's headto head. Can't. Don't, off the top of the skull, who par amount of resting on a guffos out. And Yeah, it's goingto be interesting to see who wins that one and by how much. Butyeah, I reckompenneth a win, not sure by how much. Twenty eightand a half a lot, so I'll take power at the line. Brisbaneversus newie. That's the early Saturday game. Big Game for Newcastle because if theywant to do anything in finals they've got to put it on a bitof a show against Brisbane and I think it's going to be hard for them. They're resting a few players. The lines. Three and a half I'mactually going to take Brisbane here. I took them against the warriors two weeksago and I've been coming a few upset games just this year and they've doneme well, so I'm going to hop on them again. So I'm takingBrisbane at the line and Brisbane head to head. North Queensland Manly. Thiscould be an exciting game actually, because North Queensland play exciting footy. Thisis in towns will persecre and kept your back for manly, which is big. The lines twenty two and a half and manly's favor. I think I'mgoing to take north Queens an't the line manly at the head to head. It's a big line. Manly can put on points, but yeah, Ithink the cowboys will score too many points...

...to lose by that much, ifyou get me. South versus Saint George Saturday night at the sunny coast souseof resting. A lot of players, like Taffy's been named at fullback.Zach Lomax is out for the drags. Rabitos lines minus two and a half. They've got a lot of myths playing. Dragons could win this. You know, the dragons could win this or this is a tough one. Actually. Part of me wants to go south with the same logic at the Melbournething, but South's look, I actually don't know off the top of myhead who's being rested. I Know Walker and Reynolds are both being rested.I'm not sure off cooks being rested. That would be another key one forme, or Marii. Mari is being rested because in my fantasy team isnot playing. So I'm down to fifteen players in my fantasy team. SoI'm actually going to take the dragons at the line and head to head withwhy? Saturday Sunday, last day of the regular season. Gold Co versusthe warriors. Kevin proctor's back for the titans. Harris to beat his backfor the warriors. Bunty of follower is out for the warriors. The lineseleven and a half in the favor of the titans. I can forecast ishappening. KRONALLA or Canberra win gold coaster out of it. They come onand put an upsolute show on pump the warriors and their final game, whichwould be a fricking dog act. But I can see it happening. I'llprobably be gone for the warriors. Big Fan of the warriors, but yeah, unfortunately I think the Times get up and I think they're win. Well, maybe by twenty twenty two, and I would love to see it,though, if camera and canola lose, it will be hectic, especially ifCoronalla don't lose by much and Goldcers have to win by like twenty or twentyfive. They just throwing the nut around or that'd be sick to watch.Great Way to end it. And then, finally we end with the one ofthe worst clashes of the season, the Tigers up against the bulldogs atredcliff. This is following a redcliff game,...

I believe, no changes really foreither team, or no changes of note. Tigers are the favorite atthe lines negative seven and a half, mile seven a half. I thinkthis is high as win head to Heead, but I'm not sure if they coverthat line. I'm scared of the bulldogs because I think the bulldogs wouldhave highlighted games like this. It's been a tough season for them. Gamesagainst Broncos, games against the warriors, games against the Tigers, their gamesyour highlight when you're a bottom team. I've been in a obviously rules footyteam who didn't win a game all season, and I know we highlighted three orfour games against two or three of the week clubs and we like trainthe house down those weeks. So I am scared the bulldogs being with thatmentality and they have a lot of players playing their last game in the clockfor the club or in the league. So for that reason I'm probably goingto take the dogs of the line, going to say it's a close one. I'm scared of a loss, but at the same time, when thepressure is off, the Tigers genuinely play a lot better. So I'm goingto go tiger's head to head. Not sure about the line there. I'llgo dogs line, TIG's head tohead, but hopefully we pump them by fifteen, which could also very much happen. And could see brooks. He cutloose, which is what he usually does when the game seasons over. Butthat's been another episode of the on the Board Potty. A short one,but we got a lot covered. Pretty proud of myself. But yeah, once again, if you have any spare change, or well, not eventhat, if you just want to donate to the mullets for mental health campaign. That I'm a part of yeah, the donation link will be in theBuyo or the description or it's also my social media. So yeah, ifyou could check that out, that would be huge as obviously in lockdown timeswe've got to look out for each other's mental health. In the best wayto do that is by propping up mental health institution so they can offer professionalsupport to others. So yeah, that's...

...going to be it for this week'sepisode. Pam Pumped for finals. Absolutely pumped for finals. People saying thisround is going to be rubbish because people are getting arrested and that's against theintegrity or whatever. They say that the Games lost integrity. But the wayI see it is if you get the storm this week, it's just luckof the draw and unfortunately for the raiders and titans the sharkies have but that'sno different like the Tigers got penrith in origin. We beat them. Wewouldn't have beat them if they'll full strength. So I don't really get that argument. I know like it would be really frustrating as a raiders fan orsomething if they lose to the roosters and they can sharkey's pump the storm. But for me the teams in the top they deserve the rest they that's whatthey've done. They've work so hard all you they deserve a rest because they'vefinished so well. One thing that could change it and not really affect thecompetition too much as if they had a roll wild card weekend, for example, seventh plays ten, eighth place nine is like it in a plane tournament. But yeah, I don't know if that would work too well, butthat's like an idea. I would cough, but I would not copper. Finalsby someone who somewhat follows AFL if, as anyone out there who doesn't.The finals by has been the worst invention ever. It's like the biggestmomentum killer. You know, the competitions building steam and you just take aweek off and let fans just forget about what's happened and go follow other sports, to do other activities. Not The thing to do. So yeah,if anyone's campaigning for that, I highly advise not to do that because it'san awful idea. But Oh yeah, that's it for another episode. Everyonestay safe, everyone stay well, comment something if you feel like it,get around it if you feel like it, and we'll catch you next week.Cheers,.
