All right, welcome back to the other board party, another episode of the greatest partty going around, and we are back our weekly Monday night time slot for another AFL episode. Will be reviewing what was a pretty interesting week of finals footie and then, more importantly, though, what's going to be the main chunk this episode. We're going to be reviewing the seasons of the ten teams who unfortunately missed down on finals. Will be handy at some awards best and Farris young play of the most improved and also just giving them a rating out of ten as a whole. But before we get into that, I'll introduce the boys to Rowley. How are you, Mat all right, mate, it's good doing on the weekend. Just just pump for next week now I just got to wait till Friday. So yeah, gone, all right, that's good, pillage. How are you? Yeah, good, thanks, man. Already nervous for two weeks time. But yeah, good, very good. After the weekend. Yeah, you'll be right. I'm actually pretty happy with last week. I got all my tips right. I did tip to long, but that was a conscious anti jinks mover maneuver. I would have actually tipport to be honest. But as I tip the doggies in the last round and pull one, I thought I would do pilture sold and not dogging. I'm in a bit of a dilemma in the PRELIMB. Now the do I do? I keep different against them or but yeah, anyway. And then I also saw in our me and role you. We're in a tipping competition. I think row yet sadly went out and round one back back the Swannis, and this was a competition year. You pick one team around and once you've picked that team, you can't pick them against as a bit of tactics, you went the swanny's out of it. Mate, how do you feel? Oh, well, I don't know. I sort of went against my gart which is something I've donald you and it's never, ever, ever worked. I sort of you boys all dip this morning's to come out and pump the giant. So cheese for no fining me on that, because that was the while I went to. They should have so actually too. Yeah, what I I would against my word. Actually, I actually tip the giants like in my actual tipping competition. So yeah, we dogged you there. But yeah, I picked the Doggies, so I played it safe. But I'm through it in the next round, but there's still like seventy people left. Chances of winning are very, very slim. But anyways, moving on to the review finals. Week one, boys pilt, will start with you, mate. Obviously a glorious not on them Friday. You've been over the moon, I assume. How did you see it and how'd you see the rest of the weekend? Yeah, Friday night just absolutely, really unreal. Got To be just about the most perfect game of footy I've ever seen port play, certainly have the last five years. Absolutely no passengers all, twenty three players, including the MED sub coming on with five minutes left and kicking to they all just played great roles. And tolong obviously didn't play that well. Didn't show up and we did. We absolutely belt at him and it should have been about twelve goals if we had to be more accurate. But yeah, but brilliant showing from Port. Yeah, good, good stuff. I was I was happy for you, Matt. I was actually likes second hand nerves for it to be honest, before I was just thinking I'll shooting bricks all week. Yeah, like I could tell that. There was a lot writing for you, but that happy. You got the DUB there, rowy. What do you think of the other three games where you shocked by the gws win, where you impressed by the day's nothing much really came a surprise. As I said, I saw I'm my gut told me the giants a win. So it was a good match that it was. Obviously lose string of five goals in a row, I think, in the second quarter of the giants just turned the time match. But I mean yeah, look, that last quarter was a bit of a worry for the giants coming to this way, especially considering green will probably not be playing. That's what that's all my gun's going to say as well. But yeah, it was obviously very promising for the giants. It was good to see them go to win. It's a bit weird to not see Sydney in the comp now, given we all had such high hopes to them. But the end of the day, you know, one point elimination final you kind of ask for much more. I just I can't believe, you know, looking at the last six scores of the Games, being all six, all Sydney behind, is it is something you would have thought they would have converted one of them, but that's September for you. Mel and Brisbane I was just about as it expected when pilchers man mistay got concussed friendly fire in the first court ut sort of set the tone, you know, the that just meant that...

...they really don't have one avenue to goal. Once that they had locked out Dannaher with sort of May and lever. I had a lot writing with Danna her kicking a goal and he didn't, so cheers for that. But yeah, so Karen was really there on the avenue to go. Jesus had a lot more, lot more options and just dominate over else. So it is pretty expected. And Yeah, obviously the dogs bombers was also just another expected result. said to not see that the bombers turn up after halftime, but apparently it's the umpire's fault for the fifty point flogging. But yeah, good on. The good on the dogs. curdy kicked as many goals as the bombs. So I think they are all pretty expected results. Hopefully came for some closer matches this weekend because apart from the Sydney giants game, they're all, you know, five class goals, which was not just suppointing. They're all good games of footy. But yeah, we great stay some close. Someone's coming up. Yeah, the fanfare after the bloody escident loss was just outrageous. Like we all saw the screenshots of the hate that cody was getting in the dams or in his instagram comments, which shit ours. I'll have really understand pilches the kind of block to do it. I'll I'll never really understand the thinking, not true, behind going to SELLN's instagram and doing that. It's strange footy, I'll say that. But also I don't really get. Like I know people like to clan on their sin fans and they were complaining a lot about the Umpires, so some that was sort of retaliation. But yeah, like I know, the street continues. But all in alls a brilliant season. So I don't really know why everyun sort of firing shots of them saying it's not good enough and stuff. I think they should should be pretty happy coming eight, personally, given that like everyone was predicting the to be like fourteen and fifteen. But yeah, and then the big news, obviously, is row mentioned the toby green incident. Get the verdicts from the gallery. PILCH. Should he get suspended? Unfortunately, yes, which makes me even more annoyed that the swan's choked, because they're gonna get whacked into. Yeah, I think you have to get suspended. Yeah, I agree. I think it has to get suspended as well. Roy, what do you think? Yeah, same I set. Unfortunately, yes, because obviously he's probably the most watchful player in the COMP and the only way, the only way to giants are probably going to be. I mean you say that they will and truly beat them, I think a month ago, but you know, it will been generous. Would have had a much better chance that had toby playing. But yeah, unfortunately he has to get suspended for that. You know, you can't be just finding blokes for treating on Pires like that. Access going to send a message to younger competitions. You know, plays going to lose their respect for the UMPIRES from a junior level even, and that's just, you know, creates a whole liven you of a whole different avenue. That causes problem. So yeah, it's it's going to be a suspension, I think, which sucks, but it will be the right call. Yeah, like it's a shame. I feel bad for just footy fans but like he's a fucking idiot, like, for the greatest respect, like it's just so stupid and like it's just so frustrating that he keeps getting himself suspended. I know some of them are like in the heat of the moment and but this one is just like it's just an absolute brain stuff. I know he's not like intentionally trying to hurt the umpire, but it's just so stupid and it's not even as if, like their shoulders just brust each other legit, like it's just on Shit. It's actually yeah, but yeah, it's a shame, but I'm still not willing to write gws out of us. Certainly will be tipping the cats, but we'll get into that in the preview at the end of the episode, but into the actually, I'll get your power rankings before we move on. Boys, I know I didn't say to prepare this or anything. So she's going to be on the off the top of the Dome for both of you. Just a quick one undred and twenty six, Pilch, will start with you, mate. WHO's your number seed at the moment? Not Number One seat. I think I just said Nice See. Certainly the days at number one would you like me to real off my sex? Yeah, go for a top light all day's port, Brisbane bulldogs to along giant. Did it? Did any of those positions alter from the weekend, or is it all sort of as you expect? As you're expect to long to long dropped and port rose. I was about it. Yeah, yeah, understandable, rowy. How's yours looking? I've got same as pilgic Sept. I'm going to swap the lines in the cart solder Melbourne, port, Jelong, Brisbane bulldogs and the giants. I just think, still think, that you along has enough firepower. It's obviously be a contender. Obviously the big Daniel mcstays missing this week and I'm not going to be riding out the dogs spiny shit search imagination because it's they're obviously really quality team and now with just Daniher and Cameron up front for the lines, they don't have any more. I'm used to goal. It will be...

...a good game and with the Gaba which does help lines. But yeah, I reckon the cast is to have been more five pound. They're good enough to respond from the weekend. So yeah, just the one change for me. Yeah, I actually have to sign the row. There I agree with the cats above the lines. All right. Time for the bottom ten review. You will be interesting to see how long this section goes, because we they could spend thirty seconds on each team or ten minutes, but we'll try and not make it too long as we do have things to get done on their Monday nights. So we'll go from eighteen down to nine. So starting with the Kangaroos, rolly, I'll start with you, mate. What do you make of their season and who your award winners? Yeah, we'll try and keep this obviously quick, but yeah, it I was everyone sort of set out for them to fail and you know, their first half the year wasn't wasn't blinding. Will keep it that but obviously they run home is really, really promising. You know, they aren't have a lot of talent and you know, if you consider the season as a whole, I think Kangaro fans we pretty happy with it. You know, we can leave what happened in the first half of the year just in the past, because I think I was it's bad. It was going to as it was going to get and hopefully for the careers of these this club to the place for this club. They probably won't see dark and days and that. So it was really good to finish off the way they did because, you know, they were really competitive in a lot of games and provide a provided some really good viewings. So being for me, there was actually a few to pick from here in the middle, one guy that was really consistently ye was jis simpkins. I'll probably have to go with him. He didn't actually he wasn't my first stop, but after I you know, look through a few of the stats and everything, he was really consistent in there and probably didn't get a lot of light shown on him. I think a lot of it was more other ends of the ground, but for that reason I'm going to go simply on thing was really solid, solid for them. Most improve is my men Aaron hole broad. He hates this man but I think he's a bit one of the best kicks in the COMP and you know, they didn't actually realize he's theirty's a lot older than I thought he was, so it's a bit. I'd give you most approved to a thirty year old. But yes, I you know the he's obviously an absolute gun of a half back in the competition now and he's obviously quick tax the tax the ball well, moves up the ground and absolutely delivers it. Two players on a platter. So definitely got to give it on to Aarron Hole. Has always had the talent but couldn't quite find the right position for him or get the consistency. Best Young player. This is tough. I was talking before the potty these boys who we have in a few of the segments here, and this one was actually a four way tie between tarn LDU, big suvenzerha probably. It's very hard to narrow this one down, but I can plays some potential everything. I was going to give us a Tarran. I just think he's got so many strings to his bow, such an attack of dynamic midfielder, he could be anything. So I'm going to land on him. Yeah, and I'm waiting as well. I think we're doing a rating quickly. Yeah, given expectations, I'm actually I'll give him a six point five. They still obviously got the wooden spoon still, I think, their first in the history, but the second half of the year was enough to definitely left that ring a lot more than it would have been at the start of the year. I'll give me a six point five, given they've got a lot of young talent coming through. Yeah, and just to clear up, we are doing our reigning out of tense, based on expectations. So like five is if they performed exactly what we expected, and then above five is, you know, better, blow fives worse. So if you know the team coming last gets a six and a half, don't be like well, then everyone else has to get above the six and a half or so how we're going to operate. And also the young player. We just sort of stipulated anything from like one thousand nine hundred and ninety eight or younger will get the job done. Pilch, how'd you see the kangaroo season? They Yep. So, as we've said, expectation was wooden spoon. I think after round three or four there was a market on sports but saying Kangaroos, zero wins and it was paying about two dollars fifty. So all that in mind, I actually think they had a very impressive season and that the fans have a lot to look forward to for next season. As Rally said, loads of young talent that all improve this year. So I think there's definitely good signs. A head for them. In terms of MVP, I've actually gone Cunnington only played, I think, fifteen out of the twenty two games. For those games that he did play, as Cork knows as a super coach owner, he was absolutely unreal. Probably a career best season for the great man. And then I've given young player of the year and most improved to Tara Thomas. I think he's very underrated now. He in the latter half of the season really broke out and he's pretty much an elite like half forward type player now. So yeah, and then writing I've gone six out of ten. Might actually be quite...

...stiff, but they did win the wooden spoons. So just quietly as well the side of year they're saying is just gonna be the worst team ever to be in an Asil season. I think at the end of the season that was saying it's just the best eighteen place team that we've ever seen. So it just it. Yeah, the tables turned very quickly for the Gangers, but yeah, I think they yeah, Gold Coast, eight years stretch of the eight worst teams. Yeah, it well, it wasn't great and I feel like people will say that about Adelaide last year as well. It seems to be thinking. They say don't here. Yeah, people go very early. It's like it's like in the Premier League when someone loses the first two games of the win the first two, they all of a sudden premiership favorites and stuff. It's like just everyone seem to relax that they'll win or they'll lose eventually. But yeah, it's a tough one. With the rating, I probably agree with pilled to I'm going to go six out of ten. But yeah, it's a little bit stiff. I think the fans have a pretty positive outlook for the future, which they met might not have been expecting after receiving a wooden spoon. But yeah, I actually don't reckon. Many of these teams down the bottom are in like the worst situations, which is a bit of a change up as compared to previous years. My Ben F is going to Aaron Hall. He was in the top twenty four, my Brownlow, so he just pit Ben Cunnington actually in the very last game. So cunners was leading it pretty much most of the way, because I know miss part of the start of the season, but yet Paul came over the top of him. Young player. It's bit of a dodgy one, but he actually is born in one thousand nine hundred and ninety eight. I've actually dressed him con winning the young player. I know he's not like a rookie. Check. Yeah, and then one of the yeah, I'm very shocked. I thought he was like a one Thousan nine hundred and ninety six maybe. But yeah, it's kind of impressive and they're most improved. Actually given it to Jackson's evil. I think the way he adapted to his new role was pretty impressive. I know sometimes people question his impact on the game or is actually like oneonone defending ability, but to go from being like a condestable midfielder to then struggling as like a third key forward and then settling in a halfback and doing pretty well, I think he did pretty decently. But yeah, shout out a Tarren Thomas. He's like second near my young and it most improved categories. Just didn't wasn't warranting an award for me. Don't want to get lipped off by that kid in the comments again. So the arent Thomas. So yeah, shadows. It's our times. Great player. Yeah, exciting times, especially the back end. Of the season for nor they're actually not a bad team to watch it it will happily watch them on any given date. Now Seventeen, believe, the lowest finish in the club's history, although very misleading statement. When I first heard that, Stephen, I was like, so they've never come last, but it turns out it's just because there's been two competition teams out of in the last like ten years. But so it was physically impossible to come seventeen. But still an interesting stat I guess. But the arguably the biggest club in the country, Collingwood, down the seventeen pillage. What did you think of the Magpie season? Me? Yeah, not great. I think most people would have had them around that nine to twelve mark coming in. They've ended up seventeen and quite frankly, I don't think they're as much to get ready about for the fans. I think they're going to have to just cop a mini rebuild at the very least. But as we know, it's the pies, they will bounce back sooner rather than later. But for now I'm going to give them a four out of ten and MVP BETWEEN CRISP and Grundy. But I think I'm going to give the nod to crisp. Think just more consistent and very underrated, probably stiff not to be in the Australian top forty. And then most improved and young player. Once again, same player, Isaac quayner. I'll struggling to find the some improvements, some most improves for the pies. Not A lie. Yeah, actually struggle for the young player with the pies. But yeah, I'm probably going to go a bit harsh. I'm probably going to give it a three out of ten and I'm going to include the pre like the offseason of last year, in that consideration, the way they've absolutely butchered their premiership window and turned into a second last place team in such a short time. For me it's a three out of ten. And like the whole buck's age it was. There was just a lot of drama surrounding the pies this year. Did they announced a new coach today? Row they, I think it was all by confirmed. Or was confirmed? I shouldn't look too much into it. It was Craig mccrae was obviously the name that they were talking about, but yeah, I'm not sure if it was a hundred percent confirmed or not. But yeah, there was headlines about today they're going to...

...be him. So I think it's all the confirmed yeah, yeah, car'line. Never heard of that block my life, but I'll be honest. Then, a right, yeah, there's two many the crazy. See, this is either Hawthorne Assistant, Clark I's assistant, or is that Mitchell? I think well, I think Mitchell's being assistant any because that's where all the sort of controversies have come from. But I'm I'm actually know even hundred serent shure. I'm sorry, I know. Then it was like, I know Mitchell coaches the VFL team, but I'm pretty sure you can do that and be assistant coach. So yeah, I don't know. Yeah, but yeah, I've actually never heard of him. But yeah, my awards for Collingwood. Yeah, it's like, yeah, yeah, there you go. So yeah, under the Clerks and coaching tree, that makes sense. My being have to actually tailor Adams. I don't think he played that many games but he tore up my voting system when he did play and he just pipped Grundy and Chris as Pilch Bension, who both have very good years. My young players going to go to Isaac Quayne or I'll be honest, this was really like I was really struggling. Yeah, I think you got like two votes, but and the most improved. It's a bit of a weird one because he's been good in the past, but just based on like last year alone. And give it to Jordan to go e really came home with a bit of a wet sale in the last two months and was started to play some decent footy again, which we haven't seen for quite a while. I know last year like he was suspended, injured all that stuff. But yeah, good to see him playing some good footy again. Roy, what do you think of the pisseason? Yeah, I guess. You know, high expectation or highish expectations at the start of the year all went to Shit, but you know, they sort of found a slightly better game plent at the end of the year and there was some promising signs. They got some good games into their young players. Like they had the most debut on set of all teams of the conference year. So I was obviously promising for them. So Ben F I gay, I think it's got to go to Jack Crisp, obviously most consistent. Had to change his role as year and just played basically fulltime. It obviously work for them. He was obviously really solid. He's just been missing consistent in Soul Korea. Most improved. I also had to go in here as well. Just an absolutely road call. I'm going to say Jack. Imagine, I know, if he played most games of the only you played like a eighteen games out of possible twenty two. So you know, he basically just double his career tie down and just played a few lockdown roles in the back. So get on him. Trying to find a career for that weird peal best young player. Probably I was at quite no. I mean there's no one else ready to go there. Just once again, just lock down roll but slightly smaller. Obviously good halfback, rebounding halfback as well. So yeah, got on him. I'm sure he'll he's probably one of the safe plays and sale have a two hundred and two three hundred game career, because it was obviously going to be done and he's getting regular games already. But if you're considering everything, you know the the downfall and then the slide uphill at the end. Probably need a four out of ten to the pious. Yeah, tend to agree with all that. The Jack Magin called definitely road but yeah, the improved in young player would definitely tough for this one. Or a Gold Coast? Yeah, look, I want to like the Gold Coast but as anyone who's watched more than one episode of this potty over the season with their pretty critical of them. I just think for the amount of talent they have on the field, they really just don't get the performance that they don't get the results that they should and I think some of that will should go down to the coaching when we look at turning high talented draft picks into absolute our out stars. So for my for me, should you should go over the offseason, but I kind of understand if they don't because he was obviously watch that Amazon documentary over the summer and he seemed like you had a really good connection with all the players and all that sort of stuff. So there might be more to him than just like a tactical coach. But yeah, for me then, coming sixteen with that list is just not good enough. I know a lot of the scrutinies gone to the cult and coaching position and they're under performance, but I would actually argue gold coast is a bigger underperformer if we just look list for list personally. So yeah, not a good season. Bit of a step back after the last year. Look like they were maybe priming for a leap into a top eight launch maybe this season. But they still look a long way from that finals birth. So best and fairest, everyone knows, is going to be probably close to the top five in the Brown Leo, even though he's a legible, ineligible. Illegible? I don't know, but I think one of them's like you can't read or something, but and ones you are not able to win it. But they go. I am a literate and all above.

So took more to Camilla. I actually can't speak right now. Took took. Best and fairest gone to an absolute another level this year. Always sort of had a high raps coming out of his youth career. I think he was the thick metro captain, which is always brought up. But good to see him killing it and also shoutouts him at sense. You in Hobart. Jack La Kosh as young part of the year, really starting to find his strap straps in the competition. Struggled early on and he say I'll starting to kill. It absolute me to eat. Part of my algorithm is meters gained and he is legit in the top three in every single gold coast game. I think once last year got over a thousand meters game for the for the match. So yeah, he's an absolute beast in that area. And then most improved of given it to will Powell. I'm pretty sure he's also young enough to win the best young player. But for me hardly heard of him last year and now I had him. Do I have my will? Australian? Maybe? Potentially. Not sure. Roy, what do you think of the Gold Coast season? Just about agree with everywhere. You said they're you know, every yuse it's turning into groundhog day for the sums every year. So yeah, it's you know, they get a lot of young talent. Can't we beat can win big games, can't really run out full games. They just failed to deliver really. So yeah, it's another mediocre finish of you know, sixteen. So it was the same old like I say, you know, it's more promising signs this year. Took Miller, who's obviously on my beer, just absolutely stood out. I think. I don't know. I want to get the stat on. Like Gold Coast, all Australians, but he's probably one of the first since Gary Oublut, so he's up there for me. Most improved. Will power as well, just because last year's obviously a bit of a nothing player, but obviously it's coming really solid halfback ad best young player. Obviously power could be eligible as well, but I've getting it to lacocious sorrow. Some light on no Anderson as well. He's obviously Gune. Not many people recognize him ever since he got drafted because he's playing for Gold Coast. But yeah, obviously those those two their sucks to not put mat row in there, but obviously could really find his form this year. It's disappointing given the starts of the year he had last season. So for that I'm going to give him a three out of ten. I was expecting them to. I was expected him to rise up the lot of the year with all the talent I've got, but actually went basically backwards. So hopefully we could. Hopefully they can do that next year. But look, if it's another groundhole year then we'll have to will be saying the exact same thing, won't we? So yeah, yeah, I forgot to do my writing. I'll give them a three and a half out of ten. Roway, did you give them the rating or I gave him a three out of ten. Year. Also got to I'm going to put Ben King and there as with the Best Seng players. Of Yeah, I'll get I'll make it a freeway. Tiger, yeah, deserves that mentioned after his Goal Hall Pilch Final Touches. Mate, who are your Gold Coast Award winners? Yeah, you boys have hit the nails on the head. I just trying to add that from my point of view, they just lack players that have winning experience. They have just no one's doubting the talent they've got, but I think it's time to stop just having three top ten draft picks and start spending them just bringing in some experience. I know it's risky when you're sixteen in your not going to the draft, but to me that's what they're lacking and I think they need to get that done. But yeah, shocking season. Four out of ten, probably generous. MVP Took Miller, obviously young player, three way tie between king, power, lacocious, all the names of mentioned, and then most improved. They had a few, but I've actually gone took Miller just because you went from a boorderline a grade. That's her one of the best players in the camp. Yeah, very understandable. Yeah, I completely agree with your chat about the draft and there's just looking at this bottom ten, there's quite a few teams that I think would snap your hand off for another first round pick. Looking at like Richmond, west coast, deep in Collingwood and they've got Hawthorne as well. They've got quite a few high quality players who you can get in return. And the dolkers didn't say they're going to offload their first peak, first experience talent. So yeah, I think it was like toll forward to help Ben. Yeah, that'll be interesting. I know you mentioned column Coleman Jones in your when you did your offseason needs, but maybe could get human made yourself a little bit better. Yeah, yeah, that's it. It's a fair call that wouldn't mind seeing the big CCJ up there. So yeah, that's it. I could. I'm told. I'd love to see todly king is the one to punch all right on to the chrome. Back to rally. I think it is, John. I'll let us know your thoughts. On the Adelaide season.

Sure thing. So obviously last year, for the crime wasn't fantastic. This year was. Obviously expectations probably the same, but look, they probably exceeded them. They were really good, the cars they used. I always bang on about this, but you know that Adelaid ils a fortress when you've got the crowd behind Junity Home Game and the crows really use that to an their advantage. And course, some upsets, especially early on the year, you know, most notably Gelong and round one. So all in all I think it was a good year for the chrome. You know, just continuously blooding some new young talent and you know they're all they're all showing really good signs. So to not shop. Having wins was it. It is my master is an ideal here. I think seven wins is a pretty good return for a team that you know, was awful last year and straight back into, you know, competitive mode this year. You know, they took it to just about every team the COMP. I never really got blown out. So yeah, it was it was definitely really good efforts from this it from them this year. Being F goes to Rory Superman led easys, an absolute freak in the middle. You know, not much else to say. I think it was pretty stiff not to get an Australian spot. But if he was playing in a better team that he would have probably had one of the sports most improved there's a few here. Honestly, I'll go with poll seedsman and Betty Keys. I'll I've been kase. He's an absolute freak only. And Paul seedsman, yeah, he's obviously also stiff not to make all Australian best young players, Jordan Butts and Phil Thorpe, but held down just about every key position player in the comp never really got a big CAG big bag kicked on him. So I was obviously really promising. And Phil Thought to kick five at his first game was obviously unbelievable. So honestly, given the expectation, I'm going to give the crows a seven. They're obviously going to be I know they still finished like sixteen or fifteen. Sorry, but yeah, look, even the season they're expected to have, coming out with seven wins and being it was also being competitive with just about every team. I think was was awesome from them. Yeah, tend to agree with everything. If said they're Piot would you make of the crosstown rival season. They Yep, Rowley put it, exceptionally very similar review to North Melbourne. Definitely exceeded expectations and a lot to be excited about next season. And I'm actually a really big fan of Matthew Nicks. I think he's a great coach and I can see them, you know, pushing for top eight over the next couple of years again. So right on to the chrome. And all my players were the same, lad but MVP Jordan Butts Best Young Player and Ben K he's most improved. And then rating six out of ten. Yeah, I'M gonna go six out of ten as well. I actually have three completely different award winners. That's the beauty of the algorithm. But yeah, I've got benky's winning the Benf he actually finished above all you wins in my Brownlow, which is not sure what that's saying, but it's same. Something Weird said Berry, best young player. Never really lit it up in any game. Really good tackler and hates kicking the ball, but he's not bad, decent inside player. Love that first quarter. Yeah, yeah, he loves the SIXHAM BULL FIRST QUARTER for sure. And then most improved. Obviously Shit blow. But text. He was arguably one of the worst players in the COP last year and made my Australian team, so fair the same, improved or moving on to the mighty hawks. I was going to say but loved hawks from field together, but I won't do that to him this week. I had the whole till its. Yeah, I know that's why pulled out. But pillage, what'd you make at the Hawks season? Yeah, just kidding. I don't hate the hawks anymore because they're bad now, but once again actually a positive season. I personally, I think I actually tip them to win the wooden spoon over North Melbourne. So they've clearly go past that and especially toward the end of the year. Some big scalps, probably in more due to the fact that Clark I was leaving. So they started, I don't know, playing like Essen in two thousand and twelve. But MVP Tom Mitchell and then best young player Dylan more, extremely underrated. I'd actually I'll take them over Tom poppl and Tom Poppli made the Australian team, so they go. And I've got more for most most improved as well, and a six out of ten for the right yet shout out to Dylan May. Actually does commerce an ash because the exam rooms are set up in alphabetical order and my mate is last name as Morris, so more would always be between me and him. Obviously a couple people in between. But yeah, so we know I'm well fair to say. But yeah, hawks decent year. I...

Know Curtis loves bragging on about it, but they do have a very exciting back six. Still not convinced that any of them are actually defenders or can defend, but they are good at going forward and is a good launching pad. Seems like Mitch Lewis is a pretty decent tool forward. They've got good like rockcraft with their reeves and the segler. Not sure if the segle is leaving, but pretty much everything and they put it in. Did well. Big Dick Sengler. Well, isn't a big Dick Mac more then I've got again, that's true. Big Dick Segua, yeah, but might being F is actually going to go to not the forgotten men of the AFL competition but Jago Mirror. I actually think had a really good year. Yeah, for some reason he pulled a lot better than Tom Mitchell for me which I was surprised at. But fair play to Jaga, young player. This guy could have played three games. I've no idea, but he's picked up seven votes, so will they obviously a gun young players. I don't think anyone's got to like say, doesn't deserve to be of that caliber. But obviously CEJ and, who did pill just say? Completely forgotten all more. I deal more, probably deserve it more. But yes, see, I gave cj my most improved even though we hadn't really seen much of them before this year. No, I was really expecting him to come out and tear it up. Luck he did. So fair play and I'll give them a six and a half out of ten. Shout out to scream rolly. What do you make the Hawk season? Yeah, obviously expectations weren't that high this year, but they were just the worst team to tip. The hawks. You know, the week where you thought the shore, they can't win this. They come out, you know, pump the by like five goals and and then when you finally decide to tip them, and then they play, you know, worse than the Crome last year. So it would that weird a not might mate a tip, but I guess it always made games interesting. So, being F got to give it to teach, I brought him in for danger straight swap week one of super carriage channel wasn't he was a nightmare for about two months, but then he's finally started coming good and side becoming a play everyone wanted. So all in all, I don't hate him anymore. So, yeah, being as got to go to him, doesn't take much to probably win the best and fair as a hawk. So, you know, few forty disposal games, key can have it most improved. I actually think I won't drop dillamore's pants. I'm like these two. So I'll give it to Blake hardwick. I think he was. He had a solid year for the horgs. Obviously stood up with a team that probably need a few blokes to step up, you know, going through a little bit of a mini rebuild. Say it was really solid for them down back, providing a bit of leadership as well, I think. So good on their best young player. Obviously I'll I'll throw dillamore's name, Dylan Moore's name in there. Obviously really good pressure for their racks up a lot of stats. I'll give it three way. Tis Well, to think three halfbacks. So scrimmace age and Lucky Bramble as well showed a lot of promise at the end of the season, so good on him. And I guess you could throw will down. There's a fourth half back, and then, yeah, I'll give me six point five as well, just because the yeah, they had some really promising wins to see the hawks, especially towards the latter half of the year, and only just fell behind Culton on like three percent. So like, yeah, could they could have finished hide and Carlton? If you sort of the start of the year, then you know, you would have been dreaming. So I'll give him six point five. Yeah, completely good. They've actually got too many halfbacks. I like we're trying to explain this to Curtis, that it just isn't got a fit. But yeah, actually have no idea what they're going to do next year because, like everyone you just mentioned really and then throwing Germany MP when he returns from injury. Like it's actually no idea what they're going to do, but I guess you'd rather have that than have no one or a moving on to the list. Lose would be that would be stiff. All Right Carlton. Yeah, another tough year for Coulton fans. I will say I think I said this halfway through the year, but I actually think the Colton list going into the season was bit overrated. I just think you look at the teams who made the finals and I know they've all had a good season under the belt, so it's easier to say it now with hindsight, but I actually still think the list on paper is not as good as those teams. So yeah, it's really hard because they've supposedly completed their rebuilt. Well, that's what they thought anyway, and they are still not even far off teams who are aren't even finished bottom at bottoming out yet. So yeah, pretty rough for Culton fans. Feel really bad for them because my NRL team has sort of hoard a similar path. So feel bad for them. But yeah, stiff to the blues. Cop...

Row Bent Being F Jacob we doing absolute beast. Best Young player. Sound Welsh. Not even a discussion. Most improved. No idea, so I went with Liam Jones. Don't know if he improved, but everyone was frothing in this year at time, so shout out. He got a fair few votes. My thing out of ten. It's a tough one because I reckon I should have actually got out preseason predictions up before we did this, but I actually think this would have been too far away from where I put them. But I might get them a four and a half out of ten, I think maybe just I might have put them like ten or eleven. But Yeah, little bit under bit of an underachievement, I'd say, but I'm sure calum fans would rank it like a two out of ten. All right, row what do you make it the blues season? Man? Yeah, I mean, you know, you stuck up at list of the side of you to everyone else's and you know, I think the blue sort of bottom six seven players every game just aren't the same qualities on the teams then applying finals. So I think they were always it was always gonna be tougher than Blues fans thought. You know, they bringing Zack Williams and suddenly they think they're going to win the premiership. So I mean that sort of overestimated their abilities a little bit. Consume. You've got a few blokes running out that the probably shouldn't be so being F Sammue, Welsh, absolute gun of a player going to win a brownlow most improved. Sommue Welsh, absolutely done. A player going to win a norm Smith metal best on player. Sammy Welsh gun young player going to be captain the Australian team one day. Yeah, I know, he's the whole Taikid basically, smy Welsh say. Yeah, it's no surprise here. Them wrapped up all three for me there. I just can't be asked trying to give it to anyone else because, yeah, while she's just the only thing going from the moment, obviously next year it'll be gone for finals, when they've got out and chair and suddenly he's bring my favorite after round one, after setting foot on the park. So yeah, we'll see what happens there. I'm going to give them a three point five. I had them finishing finals and they were pretty mediocre at the end of the year. So yeah, simple as that. Sommy Welsh all the way. But yeah, everyone else hucks. Yeah, that does not far from the truth. They're shouts, stopper as well, piled us to make at the bluets May. Yeah. Well, I saw an interesting twitter post today where Eddie Betts said that the blues list this year was as good, if not better. Actually, then you said it was better than the crows list, that he was a part of that one the minor premiership and played in a grand final in two thousand and seventeen. and to me that just paints the picture that it is just awful culture at Carlton. They just don't know how to win. Similar with gold coasts. Things stop going their way in a game and they just stopped playing. So I think they have serious issues down there. So I've gone and given them a two out of ten because I just can't say where what's going to change in the near future. I think teag was stiff to be sacked as well, and then same with Rowe, the awards, Whilsh, Welsh Walsh and then daylight. Yeah, actually understand what you mean. Pretty Surprise Blady bets his comments. I not sure if I agree. I do have to say that that Adelaide team did overperform what it looked like on paper. When you have the likes of Riley night terrorizing Joel Sale, wouldn't stuff. But yeah, it's not positive for Carlton. Like you, look at this list. Adelaide, Hawthorne, Pretty Exciting back ends of the end. North exciting at times this year. Look like they could launch next year. Then there's like the likes of Richmond, St Kilda, West Coast all had down years compared to last year. They might bounce back, and then it's sort of like where is Carlton fit in that mix, and it's not not good reading for calm fence. Shout out to those listening at home. Richmond, Robbie, will let you lead this one off man. Yeah, well, this was this was awesome to see the Tigers Finish as long as they did. You know it was just going to be another year of Chuck and Richmond not there, you know, assuming they're going to win the premiership. It was basically just a competition for runner up. But now it was awesome to see them finally fall. You know, they're just one of my who most hated teams ever. Yeah, nothing more to say. It was just, you know, finishing twelve was just a blessing for the whole camp. Everyone can now get on with their lives. So being F it was actually an ours. Other nights, I'll just give it to the guy I want it. Dealing grimes absolute flop, but yeah, I'll let him have it. Most improves this one was tough because no one really improved. But I think Dylan us on, Dylan lie and bakers stood up when Matta, you know, when a lot of players were down and injured, he sort of, you know, kept on performing consistently, played probably five different roles for the whole year. So good on lamb. Seems like a good bloke. One of the finite many few best young...

...player, probably Shade Bolton, you know, we've obviously seen what he can do. On He made the twenty two best young twenty two. Much deserved, even though absolute nightmare in the end of the season for super coach. But that being said, he's absolutely freak. will be an absolute freak for them in the future, hopefully playing that dusty roll, you know, having twenty vital ones and kick and three. So good on him, but all in all against. You know, if you're comparing it to expectations, yeah, I'll give him like a to two out of ten, but like, it's not a it's not a like, you know, Oh my got the hell happened to out of ten. It's more like they copped a lot of injuries. Their time was coming. The loss of their place signs to get old. So I think you know. You could have seen is coming. I guess you know come second half of year. Obviously none of us really did. We didn't want to buy into what's happened just about every year when they've dropped a few and everyone starts doubting them. But yeah, and the season fair enough, if better. Few stacking up against what I set the study, which was when I said off though, we're going to finish first, I got to give them a two out of ten. Yeah, completely agree with you there, pilch. Also not fond of the tags, mate. How do you think they went in? Two Thousand and twenty one. It's prosident. Call them my beloved tires there, mate. But yeah, they just they fell off an absolute cliff. Happens in every sport. Unless your name's Novak Djokovich, you just don't keep winning. Whether it's motivation, whatever, whatever, just always happens and it's happened to them, thank God. So one out of ten, given they were with flag favorites going into the year. And then I've got jaden short as the BNF. I know Dylan Grimes has already been given it, but I think he was quite stiff to not even feature in the top three, one of the more consistent halfbacks in the league, and then Shy Bolton, best young player and then most improved. Slim pickings here, but I've actually given it to Matthew Parker for revitalizing his career, coming in and playing some genuine decent games for them when they had a lot of injuries. So good on him. Yeah, fair enough. And P four hundred. Yeah, I have to agree with you. I've got Jane Short best and fairest. Anyone who knows the algorithm knows that that's on its knees for a halfback. It also gets on its deeth for Jack Ram who, are belief, came second in their being F so he's my best young player, born in one thousand nine hundred and Ninety Eight, I'm pretty sure, and most improved. I've given it to the three question marks that currently sit in the excel cell. So so not one. I'm not giving that one out. Stiff, I think I'm I don't like I was down on like the people on one vote and then I'm like, I'm not giving this out. They don't deserve it. So yeah, sorry, Richmond fans. Don't mean to rub it in after a bad year, but no one improved, so I'm sure they'll survive me. Yeah, maybe Damian Harby Co improved in the wife Department or something, but that's probably about it. I'll give them a one out of ten. Just as Rowey said, we predicted them like top two and to come twelve. It's a pretty large discrepancy. They're interested to see what they do next year. All this offseason actually interested to see if they trade away people or they just stick fat the premiership winning boys. But I'm free, Oh Pilch, I'm not going to say belong, but I feel like you don't mind the Free Oh boys. How do you think they went this year? Almost made the eight, but do you think there's a good season? Don't mind them at all, mate. I do think it was a good season. I personally didn't expect them to make finals. I think they finished about where I expected them to, but they had a lot of young players show some good signs, like a couple other teams in this bottom ten, which is always good. So yeah, MVP, I've actually gone Andy Brayshaw and I've given the young player to him as well, and then most improved of given to Shawn Darcy and six out of ten. Yeah, I will give them a six and a half out of ten. I would give them a seven, but there were times in the season, like the last round, where it looked like they hadn't maybe improved as much as we expect. But there were times where they look like a genuine top eight team. I've got a Shawn Darcy, clean sweet absolutely killed it this year. The second half. He was the best Rockman in the competition, without doubt for me. And Yeah, obviously Brat shure and the other boys killed it as well, and Luke Ryan obviously the Algorithm's favorite son, but not good enough to top Shawn Darcy, who came tied twelve in my brownlow for a team that came ten or eleven, which is pretty good effort. Roy, what do you make of the dockers season?...

Yeah, I was sort of about where I expected and to finish. Obviously a lot of young talent coming through. But yeah, obviously still need a given time. So to finish eleventh on percentage probably fair enough. So yeah, terms of being F I got to recognize a big man. Shawn Darcy, killed it back half of the year. Most approved and best young player I've literally just ridden down the same thing. Or what three mids, sir, that's braces or chair. US wrong. They can all fit into those categories because they're all obviously weapons, they're abviously improved a lot this year and they're all obviously really young. So got on them for taking the competition by a storm and just finishing off really strong. So on foot yeah, I mean they had some down games of dockers. They had games where they just didn't look competitive orsoever. But then I'll see they had games where they won without five for walters, most notably the diarby. So it's solid for them finish just where I expected them. So so I'm going to give him a five out of ten. Yeah, fair footy. Actually felt really weird saying the dockers. Then I feel like no one says the docks. That is actually their name, the dokers. The only shift that doesn't dock and freemantors the premiership is the old gag the yeah, fair play to chair leaving, but I really hope the rest of the boys don't leave, because I know Wa is like. It's not like the Gold Coast, but it's hard to build. It's hard for a lot of these interstate teams to build like a good young core of players and not see them all leave. But hopefully they all stay because they've worked hard and deserve some future success. Right, Roy, your time mates finished in tense after a surprise typaid appearance last year, back out of final some for absolutely but as a saints Fan, had you see the season? Yeah, well, this year is all about which was going to be the real saint. Kilder was at the mediocre one and was at the top eight one, but yeah, it was the mediocre one. Thing I end up having them finish other like fourth or fifth at the sole of the year. So I mean, yeah, it was a very, very ugly start and middle half we finished off all right, probably in like just top eight form, like you know, around seven to eight form. But you know, that being said, disappointing majority of the year. So yeah, it look just trying to attack it next year, but it was very defining year for our saints. Fans just just hate the club a lot of the time. So, being F though, got to go to a man that definitely don't hate very much, the opposite. Jack Steele, would do everything for this man is an absolute weapon. He's accumulated the most, I believe, MVP votes, MVP votes in the last two years. So Mr Consistent still somehow didn't manage to find his way onto an Australian field both of those years. So keep that in mind all Australian selection panel. But yeah, he just does just about everything. This year worked on his disposal use as well, so he just you know, a park and being an absolute tackling machine that racks up thirty five and kicks a goal. He also started lasering some targets as well. So absolute freak of a human being. Jack. Most improved was Jackson Claire. Obviously just didn't know what much about his career last year, but we moved into half back and he probably turn out to be on one of my most reliable players off the halfback do. I mean you can put any footballer at half back and they're all going to find twenty and play pretty decently. But now he uses composure really, really well seeing Claire and he's got all the traits to be a good off back. So good on him there. And best young player. We Maxi King Cops. So much unnecessary treatment from hands this year. You know, everyone saying we've picked the wrong king, Boblah, and I just, you know, saw a twitter feed that basically what they did is they showed two plays, just their stats. play a play, be who would you rather? Ninety one percent went play B and that was Max King Player. I was been king. So we didn't choose the right one. That's we didn't choose the wrong one. Sorry all those fans doubt at us, but obviously Ben's gonna have a superb career when he comes to Saint Kilda as well. So got on Max if getting young part of the year. But yeah, unfortunately is gonna have to be a three out of ten for the saints. Did Not live up to expectations at all. But maybe next year we can, we can attack it. Yeah, apologies. If you boys are picking up. There's someone like jumping in my house above my room and it's actually scaring the shit out of me. But the listeners wait here because I out lovely lucky. But colcodale, it's getting busy. Yeah, I don't know. I find of like a lot. It could be a must be care abldn't like burpies or something, but it's weird footy. It's actually like it actually is scared in my whole room shaking. But peelache, how do you think the same is went there? Yeah, well, I too have them...

...in the top four. I watched them against port last season. I always this meant. This game sticks out of my memory for some reason because they came to Adelaide, we were top of the ladder and they absolutely belt at us and I just I thought they had more to give this ye up, thought they were going to improve and they just did the complete opposite. And I can understand rolly and many other saints fans frustration because I just cannot pinpoint what it is like. They've got a good list, so I don't understand it, but nevertheless given them a four out of ten and the exact same three players. I had to look at the stats for most improved and sinclair was one pleasant surprise there. So racked up some some possessions on halfback. And then King Best Young player as well. Yeah, fair enough. Obviously mine they're got to be completely different, but yeah, gotta got to agree with you with the Jack Steel. Benf came fourth in my brownlow absolutely tore it up most improved of actually given it to Luke Dunstan, my d eight in supercoach picked up like fifteen votes for me, which you can get up to five votes for me. So it's that's does. I'm not saying it's going to be like top ten of the Brownlow, but he did get dropped before in the last round. I did notice that kind of and delisted. Yeah, so I did see that, but you'll be that's probably someone picks him up, but we'll see. Like it's pretty you'd think someone who can rack up like thirty in an AFL helps. Yeah, home, go play. Yeah, true, but surely that's too good for like the baffle or something. But Dylan, happens to his career. He was best young player on say. Anyway. Sorry, good, best young player the coffee or obviously no, great me, very brain. I don't need to explain that decision. And then I'm going to get them a four out of ten because, although they did slide down the ladder, I think some of the teams who shot up into the eight improved a lot more than we were expecting and you could sort of forgive them for finishing below the likes of Sydney, for example. So yeah, hopefully brighter pastures ahead for you, Rosea, and then into your claim to famous year. Roi, West Coast, the final team move missed down on finals. Back them in to miss it and they did. Not a good year for them. Really confused where they are right now in terms of whether they're rebuilding, whether they're just going to jump back into the eight next year actually, and pretty confused. As pilch said, off are like the sort of a team that I don't even really know what happened to them this year. Didn't really take notice, but fair play to them. Stand on final's actually almost made it, which shocked me. But Fair enough. I'll give them a three out of ten just because I don't like them. Nicknack, best and barrassed. Think he picked him as my Australian rock when he came sick in my Brown Ley, which is pretty fucked from a rock. Then and then young player and most improved. I gave it to Josh Roth them because they don't have any young players and they don't really have anyone who improved. So here's a player who's not really being given many opportunities. Before this year. He's been decent in the glimpses before this year, but came in with some injuries and stuff. And really nailed down a spot. So yeah, pretty good player. Josh Rothham Pilch, what do you make of you're not sure what the opposite of beloved is. It like a loath or something? West Coast Eagles, I know you had. Yeah, similar rish to Richmond they had at the fans. had a good run while it lasted and I think it's done now. Just aging list. I don't even know. I didn't even know what to say, apart from I would love to watch that team play without Knick Nack Nui, just getting cromed by eighty at OPTA stadium by the Chrome Zero hundred and twenty two. But Anyway, hope, hope to say them when the wooden spoon next season. But MVP, Nick Nat and then Josh Rodan can take out most improved and young player of the year and I've given them a four out of ten, and actually I'm changing that to a to yeah, share that to all West Coast Eagle Fans watching at home. Yeah, Nick, that's absolutely cooked. Like in the last game against Brisbane, think he had like twelve clearances or something and twenty hit outs to advantage. He was just like he was Lech, just catching it out of the Rock and was steaming thirty meters and sending it down. He's a beast really. Thoughts on the Eagles, mate? Yeah, as I've well documented throughout the year, I've predicted the down...

...fall. Many called me crazy, some call me to get sectioned by. At the end of the day I was right, so stick it up. Yeah, so yet the eagles are fallen. They've been shot down. So it's brilliant to see everyone hates them. Just the aging list. I didn't see them having it in them this year. I thought all these young talent was going to overtake them, and they did. So it was. It was absolutely unreal to see being Fow Nick Nat obviously freaking a calm, arguably one of the best rock, I mean in there. Most improved, no one. But I'll give it to Josh Rotham just because he played a few games. Good on him. You can stick in on a half back and they'll be right. As I said, best young player. I mean this guy has so much talent and he sat off the season on fire, but they moved them around a bit and just killed him. But Oscar Allen can be anything if he plays in the right position. But you know, if you play for West Coast and you're a young player, start looking into some tape courses. I'll give him the three out of ten as well, because obviously the calling in their list. They missed out big time. I did predict it, but you know, three out of ten, West Coast, goodbye. Yeah, you're actually not rock. They're better compensate. They better compensate. Liam Dugan. They've ruined that man's career. Could have been could have been the star, but now he's just six disposal winger or something. I don't even yeah, he doesn't even play a position. You just stands at start to get the ball. Yeah, yeah, mine throb him. Duggan, could be a jet got posy to Martin now doesn't buy that explanation. They's are wet, mate. They the one game. They gave a sniff in like round six. Yeah, and had like thirty five or something. or it up. Yeah, because he was in my Civica steaming is the worst pickup ever. Other that boots us into a finals week to preview kilch. I'll get you to talk us through the Games, mate. Who are your picks in both head tohead, and then I'll get up the lines and we'll do our line tipping all right. So I believe Friday night is Geelong versus gws. I think toby grain is all but rubbed out for this one. I'm still pissed off that the Sawante's lost that. Like I was genuinely annoyed. They absolutely belt to them in the fourth court. I should have won by four goals, but anyway, they've only got themselves to blame. Missing set shots from ten meters out. I think James Bell missed one from three meters out, so assassinate him if you're Simiy Fan. Anyway, out, I'm meant to be talking about the giants and Geelong. Yeah, I think Gelong, Geelong or bounce back. They've just got a too talented I do I tom stild an apology a couple of weeks ago. I said that his absence would not have an impact on their team, and it clearly is, because they were defending like absolute whatever's against poured on Friday night. So they really miss him. But yeah, Jeelong by sixty. And then the other one, Brisbane V bulldogs. I think I don't know this, this is a hard one to pick, but I just think even though mixed days out I think Brisbane I just a better team, and I mean they weren't that bad against Melbourne. Melbourne would just unreal. Brisbane, how hung with them for most of the match, most of the night, and it's at the Gabbo, which is huge. So I'm going to say Brisbane to win that one. Watch it. What's your margin? They come on seven. Oh, the line was eight and a half. Tea, I can dog the line. They seventy two goals. Two goals close. You've taken the cats and brizzly at the line right, Roley. What do you think, mate? I'll let you know. The lions, Geelong G WS is fourteen and a half and Brisbane dogs is eight and a half. Yeah, I think for the cats and the giants. Toby Green playing that giants win against the cats. I'm actually going I'm looking at it. I really did. He did any kick for okay, well, there you go. So yeah, not. Hu'msentual how they're going to go with the other I'm going to back the cats. I think they'll bounce back. Well, you'd even look. They've just got the talent and I just can't see them not bouncing back. But you never know. I'll be well and truly a hundred percent barracking for the giants. How funny would it be to see cats out and straight sets? But it's an opt us, so neutral venue. Hopefully mutuals get around the giants. But yeah, I'm unfortunate. Have to back the cats here. Probably about about five goals, I think. I think hopefully Sammy Taylor can hold down one of the tools and they could take care of the other one. But Yeah, look, I think without green they're just going to need some serious goals from up front, like Hog's going to have...

...to kick for something and they're just going to have to get goals from somewhere else. But unfortunate. I think the cats win that one. Terms of Brisbane bulldogs, I think. I think, yeah, you hit it on the hit the nail on the head. Their pilled. I think Brisbane kept up with them as much as they could. But melbourn we're just unreal. They play like a real finals team and without, you know, want to get all forward's pretty hard to win. So they'll address out this week the lines. But Um, I think the game, it swill be well in firing this week. They also won't be playing the best defense in the COMPSO will be a bit easy to come by some goals and yeah, I think they might have a bit more firepower to them the lines in terms of, like, you know, goal kicking, small forwards and mids and all that. I think that'll be just enough to get over the dogs. So yeah, I think I think I have to go the lines for that one as well. I'll have them both at the line as well, both my wis. Yeah, I have to be boring, but Um, agreeing with both younger and the favorites at the line as well for both. The last time Geelong played optus it was the absolute insertion. That was the I think there's a Thursday night game against Freeo. Could Been Friday night, not sure, but I remember as the side of a round and it was seriously messy. I don't think Freeo touched the ball at times for ten minutes. Just before it ends up he didn't. swollowing. Yeah, it was not good viewing and I'm scared this will be the same. Hopefully not. This is just fresh off the dome from doing my votes. EYESAC coming had like nine hundred eighty meters gained last time these two played, so watch out for him tearing it up. But yeah, it's going to be an interesting one. I will be tipping along head tohead and at the line. They will also being my tip in this week's one team tipping competition that I talked about before. And Brisbane. Yeah, if this was at a neutral ground I would be tempted to back in the dogs for the upset. I think two thirty is value, but at the Gabatoire I think it's yeah, it's probably a two goal swing in Brisbane's favor. So yeah, the way it was humming that last round for west coast, if they can get that sort of atmosphere going again, it's going to be pretty hard for the dogies. But don't write them off. There an incredible team once they get going. So yeah, but that's it for another premio. Actually, I didn't ask this question in between, which I was planning too, so we'll ask it now just because I'm interested in your opinions. Out of the teams that win the bottom ten there, who do you think woo? Who Do you think is most likely to make the top eight next year? So we'll give it to Pilch, just off the top of the Dome at it's actually hard question, since or any reasoning they're made, or just going to the Luke Parker trend. Mate, I think they've alternated between finals and not finals, because it'll last five or so years. Back at too, back in the stars to continue to yep the old welldock and logic the hip luke. Yeah, me and pillage for the CON text. Mean piled thought there was a wood park a trend where he would have regime in twenty and eighty in alternate years. Turns out it was just like a three year thing where he just had two good years with a bad one in between. But now we just, you know, we just one hundred and five on the dot every season. Yeah, they actually good. Yeah, a good year though. Shout out to l Parker, great man, but they go. He's back in your saints, Roy. Who? Who Do you like their road for me know, I actually thought you were talking to bet because it was there's a absolutely nuhs and killed a supporters signing room as a park at a saint. So I thought you were talking about that for a second, but I think it's just a tie between saints and Carlton, whoever can get that shit together first. SOTERALLY, whether we can rebound back, which like I think we can be played like we did the second half of the year and throwing a couple of better performances as well, then you should be able to or if the blues can just finally walk the talk. But will will wait and see. But those two would have to be out top two with probably free. I'll close. Third. I've just set remembered Richmond to their side. Actually probably put them just bears Martin's coming back. Yeah, really, Westcoty one or something, isn't he? I mean probably is really a factor for dusty, but like the getting old. Yeah, I mean I hope I'm yeah, Richard and West Coast. They they could be anything like I could easily see them cut coming the top eight or they could legit come like sixteen and bottom out. So I don't know. But and then Adelaiden hallth or, not saying any top eight, but Adelaide Rice field for Clark and could be pretty spicy shouts. I reckon they'll produce some ut sets next year. But yeah, I've got to go free are actually just think if they iron out the one game every...

...six weeks, it's really shit. I think they've become a very consistently like seven out of ten team that's good enough to make finals. So yeah, I think free have a very bright future. And Yep, that's my pick. So thanks for joining me, boys, for another episode of the AFL on the ball potty. Will be back, same time, same place next week, talking about something different. Not sure what we'll be talking about net week. Might be doing our AFL top hundred, top fifty, tops thirty, whatever we're going to do. I want to get that give that hum that idea of crack. I've been thinking about it for a few months now. But before then, enjoy the footy on the weekend. Only two games, which is a bit of a shame, but yeah, and it's international break in the soccer. It's just a shit weekend, really very locked down. Not much time. That would say that. But yeah, stay safe everyone, and yeah, sons out in Melbourne's so life's good and love is choose. Boys.
